When my husband was moving the mulch, he found the stump is still there. I have reached out to Chad and he is not responding! We were happy with the service otherwise, but we are stuck with the stump!! UPDATE: Chad called me this morning. I was told by Chad that I would always have a stump after the stump grinding. I don't quite know about this as I had 3 other willow trees removed that were in a linear row with this tree and the stumps were all ground out and I was left with holes in the yard that we had to fill.
