Brad came out and estimated the yard work within a couple days. He made some adjustments for less work to get to the final est. The work was scheduled and done in two weeks. All good so far. I walked the yard with one of the workers the morning of the work. When I got home that evening and walked the yard there were issues. One bed was not mulched, a couple vegetable plants were removed (basil and kale), etc.!! I emailed Brad and outlined the issues, including photos. He apologized and they came out quickly to correct. We had to end up adding the vegetables, hard to understand a landscaper not being able to ID veggies. read more

I'm very disappointed in Lorenz Landscaping work. I had them help me with my landscaping in the front of my house. Don't expect Lorenz to stand behind their product or work. I went with their recommendation on some arborvitaes and after 4 months they all started turning brown and they won't last the season. I contacted Lorenz expecting some help with the product they chose and planted and all I got back from them were excuses from them not covering their workmanship. Bottom line: go with a well trusted landscape company. I would not recommend them. read more

I have the aerate our lawn every year and have an irrigation system and they are always very careful to not break a head or line.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using this company. I contacted Lorenz Lawn & Landscape for a mulch installation job. Brad replied promptly, provided a quote and scheduled a date for the job. This is where the positive experience ended. The date for the job came and went without the work being done. I contacted Brad to inquire, asking if he would be there the following day. No reply. The next day was the same, with no work done and worse, no response from Brad or anyone with his company. I again contacted via email and phone, but never heard a single word back. I'm a reasonable person and had there been a schedule conflict or another issue, I would have been more than willing to work with them. But, I was not offered the courtesy of ANY form of contact to let me know the status of the job Lorenz had agreed to do, which left me in a bind. I realize that this wasn't the largest of residential or commercial jobs, but it's one Lorenz had agreed to do and then apparently decided NOT to do, all without displaying any professionalism or courtesy of contacting me. Bottom line is they just didn't show up, never contacted me to offer a reason for not doing the work, and never returned a call. Not a great way to run a business or earn customers... read more
