We decided on Pitzer because he answered all of our questions clearly and explained all the steps to bring our yard back to health. He showed up the days he said he would (weather on our side) and did absolutely everything he promised would be done. We have a large front yard that required setting up four hoses attached to four tripods. He came back twice to adjust the tripods and explained the watering process importance to us. He comes back out two weeks after the initial seeding to see how it is doing and add any seed if necessary. We could not be more pleased with his skill and his service. They trim our front bushes and flowers in the dead of winter- they are now completely dead and almost all need replaced (this is a new community only about 3 years old.) Today I caught them blowing the green space leaves into my back yard and my side yard. We have woods behind us that they could have blown them into. They drive through our neighborhood like maniacs. The list goes on. Needless to say I would not recommend them and I am VERY happy our HOA has signed a contract with someone else for next year.
