If you need a place to stay and you're close to Turlock, this would be a good choice.

The wipes picked up a lot of grim/dirt to the point where the visible marks all came up. The room is very simple which is fine. Tv worked, wifi worked, and parking was convenient. Bed was also comfortable. I would recommend them getting black out curtains. The light would shine in the room in the morning, not great when trying to sleep in. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But only because I don't care to stay in motels, when I booked it. I didn't realize it was a motel.

She is not only professional, she is committed to quality outcomes. In our current home, we have had very few maintenance issues, but the few we had, were taken care of immediately and professionally. We have had a very positive experience renting from Central Valley Property Management, and we look forward to another year with them, in our new home. I finally…read moree-mailed him and Scott after I received an e-mail from Karen stating that she hadn't checked her e-mail for several days now but after Kalen let her know I called she checked her e-mail. Long story short, the call felt like he read my review right before he called me and was fired up. I get it, my review isn't nice. It's not meant to be, its about my experience with his staff. He came at me guns blazing stating I lied in my online review. I asked him where and he said I lied about the fee I paid to apply. I asked him if he found any other discrepancies in my review. He said he was not aware that the dog poop was left but thats not a discrepancy, just news to him. I let him know I would look back at my books to see exactly what we paid and that I would edit that part of my review. So I did. My husband and I paid $45 each for a total of $90. I expected an apology phone call for my experience with them and maybe that he would talk to his staff and work on their customer service for the future. And it sadly did not go that way. I let him talk to me very disrespectfully and when he was done, I asked him questions and asked if certain steps his staff did was correct and he found where they were in the wrong and THATS where he finally apologized. I'm no longer upset, just really disappointed that when staff fails to try to make things right, even the owner doesn't attempt to turn the experience around.
