French onion soup

The lady staff behind the bar are great! This place has a nice local feel. Drinks, food, and conversation with the bartenders was great. The place was busy on a Thursday. Stop in and enjoy.

Double cheese burger with bacon and grilled onions. Car with sliced pickles and condiments on the side

Ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and grilled onions. It was hot and delicious and medium just like I asked. Would def go back for other burgers there. For normal people the regular cheese burger would be fine. It was a total of 1pound for the meat and was good through the whole thing. Would def recommend this place to anyone for the $13 price tag.

Cute little place. Typical bar fare but the servers are dressed out of Robin Hood with frocks on. Place was quiet so we got our food quickly. By the time we left, the parking lot was full. The onion rings and chicken wings were good. The wings aren't sauced buy you can get one on the side to dip. The creamy buffalo was good and not too spicy (if at all). Drinks were well poured. Happy we stopped by!

This place caught my eye as we drove down the street, I think it was the sign. Im a sucker for unique signage. If it's different it's probably pretty good. Well it indeed was. We love dark cozy places and this place has it. I walked outside after leaving and could barely see from my eyes trying to adjust. All good tho. I started with a bloody mary which was very good, the waitress asked me what I wanted my garnishments to be. Really? AWESOME! All of them!!! ha! Ordered the french onion soup and the 1/2 submarine sandwich and the hubby ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I must say this was probably one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I have tried in a very long time. My sub sandwich was good. But I will try something else next time. The bacon cheeseburger tasted very fresh and had juicy original flavor. Most impressed. We will definitely venture back.

Still going here a few times a year. Still get a decent meal for a fair price and double bubble.

What's up with the reviews? This place was bomb. I was so surprised for a small town…read more We came in here for a work lunch, we started by sharing some of their fries (so hard to choose which ones). I'm a saucy gal, and they do it right. SO MUCH FLAVOR. Then I switched to the San Fran noodles and wow. Same thing. The cook is really great at marrying sauces, toppings, and flavors. They have a talent because I don't think I ate anything I didn't like. Special shout out to their unique fried cheese because what was that? Amazing. Such a great meal. Service was good but I don't even care about that because the food was so fantastic. We were heading back to work so couldn't drink but their beer menu also looked amazing. I'm a sour drinker and seemed to have a couple good options. Highly recommend!

This place is advertised as gastropub food, which is intended and designed to be quick food to make. My inclination is that they wanted us to wait there as long as possible to keep ordering more drinks. It took so long I thought the chef had quit mid shift. Food: underwhelming and average. Nothing you couldn't make at home with minimal effort. Tasted greasy. Even if it was good, I couldn't have appreciated it because the wait was SO long I was starving and dizzy from low blood sugar by the time it arrived. Unacceptable. Will not go back and would not recommend. I'd only recommend in the event you're practicing intermittent fasting or on an intense diet.

So right out of the gate we're not doing well. Once the soup got here, they redeemed themselves. French onion soup was delicious. Lots of onions, perfect amount of cheese, croutons were seasoned well. Now I will say, the pretzel was ok. The honey horseradish sauce they served with it though? Outstanding. I'd eat that by the spoonful. Be careful though, it DOES pack a punch. I had the Corned beef on light rye and my wife had the tuna sandwich. My bread was nice and soft, well flavored. The corned beef was delicious as well, even though it's just a sandwich. Hers? She liked the tuna, but was skeptical about the bread. It was a bit more firm for her liking, but she DID ask for French bread. Didn't take away from the fact it was excellent. Potato salad that came with it? Meh. It's potato salad. Nothing snazzy about it. But it was still appetizing. Just wouldn't say it's out of the park. Overall, I'd like to try a few more things from the menu as they have a range of delicious items. Nice establishment, friendly people, and nice atmosphere.

The quality of food was disappointing. Seemed like the sandwiches had been left under a heat lamp which dried out the bread. Made it taste stale! Over priced for the quality delivered!
