When we arrived for dinner, the parking in front was packed..... That's a good sign. The restaurant occupies a very large footprint, actually it's quite enormously. Seating choices are reminiscent of Goldilocks and the three Bears...... Tables for large groups, smaller tables and even booths that we found were just right. Outside seating is offered too. The booth offered a view of the many large screen televisions and of the brewing vats that were clearly labeled. My lovely bride wasn't sure which brew to try and Gina said "I'll bring you a sample".....it was their Cool City Light Lager...that was outstanding. For myself I ordered a traditional Wisconsin, Brandy Old Fashioned Sweet that was excellent too. It now was time for food choices and there were many choices. We choose Loaded Nachos, with a Cool City twist. Nacho chips with beer cheese, pico, chives, avocado, and bell pepper crème. A very unique combination that was great and kudos for originality. For dinner my wife ordered the Slider Burger Flight, three mini burgers with unique toppings (I could list them, however it would be better if you used the link to the business) Suffice it to say the mini burgers were the most generously sized and a take home box was needed. For myself it was the Cedar Planked Salmon that came with fries, slaw, tartar sauce and the best buttered rye bread. The food, service and selection.... all were outstanding! Gina showed such pride in her restaurant and went above and beyond to create a wonderful dinner experience. I highly recommend dining at Cool City Brewing Company.
