I was excited to try this, and I searched for awhile before I decided to order from this company, when I got the order the seamoss was room temperature so I contacted them to ask them if it was still good, since it was warm and runny, I contacted the shipping department and sent them pictures and they refused to answer my question and only sent me a generic email, I wasted 46 bucks for nothing. Pretty pissed off right now. Drove from out of town because I saw the raving reviews here. Little did I know they were lacking extremely in customer service. Seems like they hire College dropouts. The lack of professionalism was extreme. They offer a very rare supplement called sea moss and people line up to get it and it gets sold out quick. You can make a reservation and they will say come back in an hour and they will be fully stocked and if you come back in an hour they will say come back in 30 minutes and if you come back in 30 minutes they will say come back in 10 minutes and when you come back in 10 minutes they will tell you once again that they are out of stock. Therefore you will make five or six trips to the same spot just to find out that they're sold out again. How frustrating is this? If the customer service is this bad then I'm pretty sure there is something deeper that needs to be investigated here. I don't believe this company is legit or that they have any kind of licenses to offer supplements or food to the General Public. I think they are offering something that is less than healthy and could possibly cause serious side effects over time. Buyer beware you have been warned of this Shady business. read more
