I called him ahead of time to make sure they had what my doctor recommended. He gave me good directions and said to call him if I couldn't figure out where the store was when I got there. The…read morecustomer service has really gone downhill (rude and unhelpful and suspicious staff) and they're selling food that is NOT FRESH. Let me start with those sunflower and date cookies that are supposed to be "freshly baked." Not so. Stale as can be! And the store refused to take them back or offer a refund or store credit. The "organic" white and yellow popcorn. STALE! I tried 3 different methods of popping with stale results all 3 times. Staff's reaction? Defensiveness and no offer of a reasonable solution...had to "match" the price to another item of the same value. Ridiculous. Honestly, I thought I was in Farmer Joe's for a minute! Finally, that bulk "large flake" yeast can be sketchy looking. Strange dark blotches of who-knows-what mixed in. This I did not take back...I just threw it out. Never shopping there again...I detest rude and unfriendly staff at a business where I'm spending my sparse, fixed income money!

The best decision I've made in 2021 is to work with Vanessa, and participate in the Feed Your Power…read more12 Week Program. When Vanessa and I initially talked, I realized I was struggling with boundaries around food, personal time, self-confidence, self-worth and making the time to put my body first: essentially, what I came to know as Body Wisdom. Not a phrase you might have heard of specifically before, but this is one of the key phrases that I learned early on in the Feed Your Power Coaching Program. Every week, I learned something new to tap into, to slow down and absorb, and how to listen to what my body was telling me it needed whether food, movement, rest or hydration. Since the program ended, not only has Vanessa still been supportive, but I've found myself making healthier food decisions, setting healthier life boundaries and realizing that my body does have the wisdom I need, if I'll slow down enough to listen to it. Vanessa did that! As a coach, my relationship with Vanessa developed organically, with no pressure on her side, but continual positive affirmation, positive self-talk and she provided so much more than I could have expected from ANY coach, especially in a group program. I highly recommend working with Vanessa, and have mentioned her to many friends as a way to re-establish healthy boundaries and perspectives around food and personal health. I look forward to working with her in the future on a more individual basis as well!
