I loaded up 6 bags of laundry and took care of everything. Washed my wife's and my clothes, bed sheets and all of my daughters(2) clothes as well. Once I got home, in the bag where I put my two daughters blankets and sheets, my wife noticed that my 4 year olds mermaid blanket was missing. I said, well that's strange because I emptied all the machines myself. We searched the entire place 3 times. Needless to say my wife was extremely disappointed because she knew our daughter was gonna be so sad about it. We just wrote it off as a loss. This now brings me back to tonight, 3 week later. Here i am wahing tonight and I ask the lady at the front desk if anyone found a mermaid blanket in the machine. Her English wasn't so good and my Spanish wasn't working so we both used our phones to translate. She said she hadn't seen but she would ask the other lady's who work there via their work chat if they had. I said thank you. About 30 minutes goes by and I'm sitting down checking my email, when the lady here says to me, I think we have it. I said, really? She checks in a closet but nothing. Then she walks back around her counter and checks a basket and low and behold she pulls up not only my daughters mermaid blanket but another blanket which belonged to my 7month old. Both blankets folded and clean. The joy in her eyes and in my heart were equally matched. There are still good people left in this world. I'm forever grateful. A huge shout out to Cristina Sonia, Maria you Judith. Muchas gracias senoritas!

If you show up to wash a comforter or duvet, plan on wasting your time. Employees overbook their jobs, then leave everything sitting in the washers for hours because they have nowhere to move it. With only two machines available, customers don't stand a chance. If you see tape labeling the piles, congratulations -- you've just found another reason you won't be doing your laundry today.

I am giving this place a five star review in light of the fact that they did lose one of my pieces…read moreof clothing. Let me explain why. First off, a little bit of backstory. I had been going to this place for a few months, and I never had any problems. However, on one of the occasions they happened to lose one of the polos that I had brought to them for cleaning. This kind of thing happens and although I would prefer that it didn't, I feel that it is the way that a company chooses to handle such a situation that determines my opinion of them. The fact of the matter is, that losing this piece of clothing was beyond the owners control. He sends clothing for dry-cleaning to a separate location and it was the individuals at that facility that lost my garment. After speaking with him about the situation, he acknowledged that the piece of clothing was lost and did everything he could to locate the piece of clothing through contacting the other facility. He reassured me that if the piece of clothing was not found that he would provide me a full refund of the service and a reimbursements for the articles of clothing that were lost. Needless to say, the piece of clothing was not found which was unfortunate. However, the owner did not hesitate to refund me the stated amounts for the shirt, which was about $200 based on a quote from a website I showed him. This reimbursement was provided to me with no hassle at all outside of the two weeks that I had to wait to allow him ample time to search for the lost garments. However, the main reason I decide to still give this business a five-star review is due to the way that they have treated me since the incident. I figured that I would continue coming to this business because of the fact that I felt that they handled the situation appropriately. Consequently, the owner ed my name, learned my car, and treats me like a VIP customer every time I going to the business now. Before I even walk into the store, he has my clothing up, ready, and on the rack ready for pick up. Unfortunately, in the dry cleaning business you get no praise for doing things right, and all the wrath when something goes wrong. This is evident by the single one-star review posted, where the guy appeared to have a similar situation but was not satisfied by his seemingly "irreplaceable" shirt being simply reimbursed. But at the end of the day, the owner of this business handled the situation as best as he could. He is an honest businessman, he works very hard, and despite the fact that he made the occasional mistake, he has made every effort to right the wrong. That, in my books, is more than I could ask for. Don't hesitate to take your clothing here.
