I had several high-end custom clothing pieces and suits dry cleaned by this company. They absolutely destroyed every piece. My suits were died different colors and damages all over the garments. I would advise against. sending anything of value to this company. The lack of care and service was absolutely horrible. I reached out to the manager/owner regarding the damages it took them weeks to respond, they didn't answer the phone or emails. This company is absolutely horrible. ( I have a total of 365 shirts ) now because of them I'm missing over 55 that's a lot. I was a LOYAL customer of Orange CLEANERS for over 16 years I made them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TROUGHT the years but this year and after they lost many of my shirts, I got fed up with them. Every week I was paying them $150 "" every week"" Wendy ( employee that thinks is the owner ) has a really bad attitude due to her major personal insecurities that can be noticed right away but come on DO NOT BRING YOUR BAD ATTITUDE TO WORK AND ENGAGE WITH ME IN A NEGATIVE WAY. Just came to drop off my cloths. The way my cloths were handled on 4/11/23 at 11:40am made me grab everything and leave. My cloths were placed in a cart filled with papers and other metal items. My Moncler jacket, shirt and Gucci scarf were almost ripped in the process. I opted to take my belongings elsewhere. I had been a customer at the previous dry cleaners business that had been operating at this location for the past few years when new management apparently took over and remodeled. I like the new business a lot more. Staff are always friendly and efficient. There's almost always someone at the desk -- unlike at the old shop, where you often had to wait a few minutes for someone to come from the back. Prices are still good, and I haven't had any problems with late or damaged orders. Only shortcoming is that it can occasionally be hard to get an open parking space on the street out front -- but that's true for most businesses along Coral Way. (Sometimes you can find parking in back; or, if all else fails, park on the street around the block.) read more

I dropped a $300 dress off at Orange Cleaners a week before a friend's wedding. When I went to pick up the dress a few days before the wedding they could not find it and had no explanation. The woman who was working there was not apologetic whatsoever, and refused my requests to speak to the manager. She told me that it was not a big deal and that they lose clothes ALL OF THE TIME! My $500 suit got ruined, returned covered in wax and cleaning residue. I contacted the manager and brought it back in, hoping there is something they can do to fix this mess. I can't believe they gave it back to me in this condition. I've used Orange Cleaners multiple times over the past year with great results. I've taken them mostly dress shirts and have been pleased with the results and professionalism. I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes. Prices are reasonable and the location is very convenient being right on Coral Way with plenty of street parking (albeit you may have a walk a little depending on what time of day it is). The staff has been very upfront about what they can and cannot do. For example, I once tried to take a down duvet after my cat unloaded her bladder on it, and the woman working said I would be better served to just wash it at home in the washing machine. I was a little skeptical, but it turns out she was right and it cleaned up great. I've also left my wife's blouse there for about 4 months (accidentally) and was happy they had no trouble getting it right out. I'll definitely continue using this place for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

This used to be an excellent dry cleaner. The owner was always smiling and sweet. I believe they changed ownership in the last year or so. Recently, I stopped in to pick up clothing only to find out that they had given another customer one of my pieces. I was told that the item might reappear but might not. No apology. A month later it was found. I picked it up and again, no apology, nothing. Not even a smile. This is how you treat a long-time customer? Needless to say, I no longer trust my clothing to Orange Cleaners. read more

I brought my clothes in for cleaning here several times and they did a good job, enough to earn my trust and I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved. They did a nice job with that, too. Then they completely ruined a very nice and very expensive Armani jacket by bleaching the absolute hell out of it - the beautiful colors of the lining are gone and the shell is so shrunken the lining sticks out. Of course color loss and shrinkage are the two things listed in the disclaimer on their receipts so good luck getting anyone to take responsibility - never mind the care tag that says do not bleach. I won't be coming back. If you have any hesitation about bringing in your high-end garments, listen to your gut. I wish I had. read more

Very Bad Experience, They lost a $350 pair pants that were brand new , a pair of womans pants . They damaged My wife white suit and they said it was our problem and it was bad quality. The Suit is a Carolina Herrara and my pants were Zegna. If you have good expensive clothe do not take it there because you will have a problem. read more

Switched to orange after my previous dry cleaner lost a pair of my favorite pants. Despite the fact I don't have the pants, I couldn't be happier that I now go to orange. They have prompt, clean, and professional service with many different options. They clean the clothes onsite which is a major plus as it reduces the turnaround time and chances of items getting lost.
