Fresh Kitchen is a lunch staple in my office! The food is healthy, tasty, and filling! The salmon is my favorite protein to get! It always is so tasty! If you are ordering for lunch I recommend putting in your order a little early if you are getting delivery and go early if you are picking up/eating in. This place gets packed at lunch and the lines can be a tad long. It is a tad on the pricier side so not something I would get everyday but definitely a MUST TRY. read more

Its really hard to find a place to eat for lunch, within an hour, thats healthy and consistent. Fresh Kitchen doesn't disappoint. Ive been twice and both times the line was out the door. Im glad I stayed because it moves so quickly. They truly know how to keep it going smoothly. Prices are great for the type of food and quantity you are receiving. I've been to Fresh Kitchen a few times and have never been disappointed. First off, the restaurant is very clean and well organized. You walk up to the counter and can choose from a variety of bases, proteins, veg, sauces and toppings. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My fav is the brown rice base, almond breaded chicken, spinach, chickpea, and pico. Yuuuuum! And the portion is plenty. The food is organic, gf, and they have vegan options. I even got my meat and potatoes only eating hubby to go and he loves it too. Today is week 5 of covid19, I didn't want to cook again so FK was my choice for delicious food. After making all my choices online, the system pooped out on me and I couldn't complete my order. I called the location and they took my order on line and the gal apologized for the tech issue. Said order would be ready in 5 mins, I live 20 mins west but I'm willing to make the drive. Drove up picked up my order and drove home. My wish for them is to get rid of plastic straws, plastic containers and plastic utensils. I don't know if it's the most nutritious food out there, but it's good and I'm willing to drive for my bowl! I am giving this place 5 starts for two reasons. One: we showed up for lunch and it was closed due to an electrical problem. This was a big disappointment for our daughter. A negative became a positive when the woman who answered the door gave my daughter and husband 2 free bowl coupons for the inconvenience. Two: with a disappointed daughter in tow, I called the one in Boca Raton and they were open. We drove the distance and at first our daughter was not happy with the way the food looked. She said it did not resemble what their website shows. Well, looks can be deceiving and our "frown on her face" daughter happily reported that she was mistaken...the food was so good that she ate the entire bowl. read more

fresh kitchen is super good! food is always fresh and warm and super healthy. the customer service is top notch and the drinks are super healthy as well. the environment inside and outside is super nice and they operate really fast. I was an athlete training at Bommaritos performan systems gym about 5 mins away and fresh kitchen made our lunches everyday, on time, ready to-go, with whatever sauces we needed. Christina (hopefully I spelled her named correctly) helped us out and was very efficient and super nice. always greeted us with a smile and made sure we was ok when we ate inside or outside. Fresh Kitchen was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's just "OKAY" but Bolay (it's competitor) is way better in my opinion. The food at Fresh Kitchen is just okay, not great, it lacks flavor. As for the prices and the portions at Fresh Kitchen, it's outrageous. You get so much more portion-wise for a cheaper price and with loads more flavor at Bolay. I guess people go crazy over Fresh Kitchen because there aren't many restaurants like it in the area. Last night my wife and I ordered bowls from Fresh Kitchen through Uber Eats. I had heard of the place before but never had it and was excited to try it. It was delicious! My bowl had steak, grilled chicken, purple potatoes, sweet potato noodles, and some kind of rice. Everything was very tasty and seemed to really be fresh, just as the name claims. This is what I normally order because it is so delicious & nutritious. For my roasted veggie I ordered the golden spice chickpeas. This veggie adds a little spice to the dish which made it even more amazing. My protein order was the buffalo chicken. It wasn't too spicy but just enough coating of the buffalo sauce to satisfy my taste buds. You can't go wrong with the creamy white ginger sauce to top it off. One word: YUM! After searching google maps for about half an hour, I chose this place due to the high reviews- I was not disappointed. From the moment you walk in the place looks lively and fun. i love the blue and pink colors with green accents. The "good vibes" atmosphere was definitely given a lot of thought. The staff were all so sweet and friendly. (Reminds me of my high school job). I brought my dog along with me (hoping i wouldnt get kicked out since it is a restaurant) - instead the staff were happy to see her :). (she is a service dog but i don't feel comfortable displaying her badge or explaining to people my situation) so i was so so happy to be welcomed. Since it was my first time, i decided to go with the kid sized bowl which was plentiful for a nice healthy meal. Ive attached a photo of it midway since i realized i was so happy i had to make a review. It's slightly spicy but not in an overwhelming way (for someone who's not a spicy food lover) which says a lot for me. For my vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, vegan-ishs, and everything in between: the only non meat protein available is cubed tofu with seasoning and peppers. It's actually quite yummy but, chickpeas also pack a lot of protein and that was in the veggie category (so there is options :)) Oh AND the prices are amazing... I mean considering inflation and all... and how much fast food costs.... this is a much better option. I wish there was restaurant like this more frequently. I look forward to coming here again :) One very important thing: What REALLY led me to coming here was that i saw on the website they "cook food with 100% olive oil *unless otherwise indicated*" That speaks volumes to me. My sister and I shared the 6 bowl which comes with 2 bases, 2 proteins, 2 veggies, and sauce. For sure to say that this was more than enough for the both of us. For the bases we got cauli mash potato & sweet potato noodles, which were both delicious, especially the cauli mash. For the proteins we got bbq chicken & herb steak. The chicken was very tender and not super dry, but the herb steak seemed to be a little dry and burned. As for the veggies, we got broccoli parmesan and mushroom. The broccoli was good but was very dry and hard to eat. for the sauce we got cucumber jalapeño, but needless to say, we didnt really need the sauce as there was so much good flavor from the veggies, bases, and proteins. Went here today to have lunch with my mom. It's located right across the street from Nova University, which means this place gets really busy between classes. We luckily got there before the major rush of college kids. It was very clean inside and the staff was super friendly, a nice change from a lot of restaurants around town lately. FK reminds me of just about every other make your own bowl place that has sprouted up in South Florida in the last three years. It's just like Bolay and Beehive. Nothing separates the 3 chains, if you blindfolded me and had me taste their foods, I wouldn't know which is which because they're all so similar. We both decided to get the Six which is 2 bases 2 proteins and 2 veggies. They have a fairly decent options but none of them stand out as something I'd be dying to have again, except maybe the chickpeas. They have a nice selection of cold teas that I enjoyed. The total was about $30 for the bowls, 2 drinks and a tip. For that amount, I could've gotten a bigger and better meal else where. It is a similar concept quick service as chipotle, you pick your items and walk down the service line selecting until you have a full bowl. I usually get the kale and spinach for my base, which are lightly dressed in a citrus vinegarette. The roasted broccoli is also my go-to, it is so good, I could eat just a bowl of that. Grilled chicken and added pico de gallo with the herbed balsamic vinegarette and you have yourself a healthy party in your mouth! I love a good guilt free meal! read more
