This is the best place for fruit bowls I've ever been to. The hempseed granola and chia seed pudding are phenomenal! I'm a very strict healthy eater and they have a plethora of options that fit my criteria. They don't use dairy milk or sugar in any of their recipes which is huge and they have so many incredible healthy options to add to a bowl. I eat here very often. Today I pulled a hard piece of plastic with a letter M carved into it out of the Spicy Tuna Bowl. Upon returning back to the restaurant with the plastic, they offered a refund for the 1 bowl but was not very apologetic. I personally work in customer service and how this was solved was unacceptable. The owner was rolling her eyes and had a very poor attitude through the entire encounter. Great poke spot! Would recommend building your own bowl if you want more bang for your buck. If you get overwhelmed easily then just go for a pre-made selection. Downside is no public bathroom but the food is good and fresh and the staff were friendly! We tried the poke nachos which were HUGE. This was the worst poke I've ever had. I got the spicy roll bowl. The rice took up 3/4 of the serving. The tuna was mashed instead of chunks. And there was way too much Mayo. The base is obviously lemonade lol and then they have a list of all the fruits you can mix it with! The wait for this place can get pretty long, so come early! I ordered the big island bowl which has rice, salmon, cucumber, onion, pineapple, sesame seeds, scallions, and a citrus dressing. The salmon was unbelievably fresh. The vegetables added a nice crunchy texture. The only negative to this bowl is that they have a heavy hand with the dressing and the citrus flavor was overpowering. What a wonderful place to eat! When you walk in you're immediately presented with a tropical flare of decor and a clean, high table eating environment. Similar to a buffet style line, you choose your menu item or create-your-own poké bowl and walk down the counter area where the staff preps your food. They have amazingly fresh ingredients, many similar to what you'd find in sushi, but with a tropical twist. Very healthy eating options, and if you weren't up for a Poké bowl, they have an açaí counter area too. Not to mention fresh pressed lemonades and a variety of drinks. The woman at the front looked like she might be the owner and suggested I place an order, never asking if I'm picking up one of the orders she was hoarding at the front counter. A bit on the pricey side, but so worth it. I never had a problem with the freshness of their bowls like I've encountered in some places. I have yet to try their smoothies. Ono is my favorite place to grab lunch in the area! Ono is so healthy and light, yet so filling and satisfying. I remember the first time I tried Ono; it was at a Yelp event where I had the pleasure of meeting the brilliant owner that came up with the poke idea after his vacation trip from Hawaii. I tried the poke at the Yelp event and the sorbet with granola. I was very impressed and have since been going to Ono for my poke fix. Considering all the options in the area, I typically like to eat healthy and stick to a specific diet so this place keeps me in check when I need to go out for lunch. Ono has many options from poke bowls, poke nachos, poke tacos, and on and on. Today, I ordered the Big Islander Bowl with salad, ahi Tuna, and Salmon. The flavors really blow you away as pineapple and other veggies are incorporated into the bowl so you have a balance of sweet and savory. Look no further for the best poké/superfood bowls in the area. I originally stumbled upon OGP @ Liberty Science Center's After Dark BBQ. I tried one of their poké bowls and was in love! Begin a huge poké and acai lover, I took their card and decided to stop with my friend for lunch.. I think I've been dreaming about my pitaya bowl ever since! Atmosphere: Ono has the coolest vibe! The walls, neon sign, menu signage, music, etc. was so on point. I really held myself back from being "that girl" to take a picture infront of their walls! Lol! The counter, tables, etc. were all extremely clean. Every detail is thought out - down to the cute trash cans. Service: I wish I could give 7 stars! Daniela and Luis were both present. Daniela was behind the counter and actually made my friend's bowl. She was super helpful as my friend was unfamiliar with acai and the "build your own" steps. After we found Daniela's business card near the register, it was awesome to know that she, as an owner, was right behind the counter whipping up our bowls along side all of her other employees. Luis was also sitting at a table nearby doing some work and chatting it up with some customers. They addressed us by name and checked in on us while we were enjoying our lunch. It really made us feel right at home! Food/Bev: Talk about options. I have been eating acai bowls for months now and finally decided to try my first pitaya bowl. Thank god I did! It was amazing. I opted to build my own instead of choosing one of the bowls they have on the menu. I had a pitaya base, granola (which was great), and you can choose 3 fruits, toppings, and drizzles! I LOVED that they had lychee as a fruit option! Lychee is such a hidden gem and I've never seen anyone offer it as a topping. For $10ish dollars, this bowl was a steal. I can't wait to go back and try the acai/pitaya blend. I've never seen this done before. My friend built her own bowl with acai base and loved it as well. I also tried the hibiscus kombucha and wish I could install that tap in my house!! It was so tasty and refreshing. A+. Overall, my experience at OGP was totally worth 5+ stars! This place goes back and forth and after my experience today, I'm officially giving it a review. The product is excellent. The service is VERY hit or miss. Today, I was the only person in line and there were three employees who were not helping anyone. Still I waited a good three-four minutes. They even made eye contact with me! No one said 'we'll be with you in a second' or even acknowledged me. Finally, one of the three decided to help me. He took my order, and I said I wanted everything mixed in one bowl. He went on to tell me that is not how poke bowls are made and I had to keep my toppings separate. I said I had been multiple times and this was never the case and I wanted it mixed in. He said no. The person helping the woman in line behind me mixed in everything in one bowl. Why did he refuse to do it? If I'm paying $13 for veggies and fish for lunch, I want to have my wishes respected, considering what I was asking for is typically how the product is made at the restaurant. Very annoying. Unfortunately there aren't many places like this around and the food is good. If this happens again, I will be speaking to the manager. read more

I have loved this place since I started going. My last 2 visits have been disappointing. One bowl was gritty as if a produce item had not been properly cleaned. The bowls aren't as full as they used to be and I usually come after 5 because of traffic and parking. I notice that workers don't keep the bar stocked towards the end of the day. If I'm paying full price I should get the option to have everything that's offered. Today more than half of the items available were missing.
