There were arguing and arguing being so loud I had to turn my radio on louder Then he closed and slam the door on her, turned on the car she went inside at the same time he was pulling back. He almost hit a car from being so mad and rage. He almost hit a car that was trying to get ready to park. So she went inside and grabbed her phone and came back outside and was calling him. I'm assuming because he was calling she was walking back-and-forth the sidewalk and screaming and yelling at him with her phone.. She was outside for 10 minutes 15 minutes instead of taking care of the inside. ( her job.) . But I do also want to say is that every time I come to the laundromat she's always outside on her phone or smoking

I usually come to do my laundry late at night and met a young man who is not only serviceable but also very pleasant to talk to, unlike the other people who work in the daytime. This young man is David. He is a busy bee and maintains the laundry mat squeaky clean. It has been a long time since I had seen this location so well kept. The furniture still looks dingy and dirty but that was from lack of cleaning from previous employees. David is the reason I'm enjoying my laundry chores again. He not only deserves a huge kudos and pat in the back but a raise just as well. I hope you don't loose him anytime soon!

This was our first visit at SpinXpress Laundry and I'm not sure there will be a second visit. The biggest issue was the amount of wash machines and dryers that were out of order or just plain broken. Not sure if this was an off day, but there shouldn't that many machines out of commission. It also didn't have many larger machines. The two I saw had laundry sitting there without someone manning the machine. The prices were slightly cheaper compared to the one we currently use, and they have more sitting space. But it wasn't very clean and some of the machines were smelly. Also, to add insult to injury, some of the seating area couches and seats were terribly worn and in need of repair.

The bedskirt still had the stains & they just hung a note saying "they tried to clean the stains". I went home and I used Clorox 2 with Gain and hand washed the bedskirt. THE STAINS ARE GONE! What a waste of money! I paid 26.00 for the bedskirt alone! I normally go to Culpepper dry cleaners. Lesson learned!

Dropped off on a Thursday. Was ready on Friday. Went to pick up and when they scanned my ticket, the computer froze. After a while, I decided to come back for them the next day. I showed up the next day and when they scannned the ticket, it looked like it was still frozen on the same computer. They asked me if I had cash and I did not after about 20 minutes, I asked if there's anything else that could be done because I didn't want to have to leave and come back again. They eventually scanned my ticket a different way. I don't understand why they didn't do so in the first place so I didn't have to go out of my way the next day The staff members were very apologetic and very friendly. My pants came out just as I expected. Parking is available on site and some are designated for the business, but the majority is shared with the other businesses.
