The food is amazing. The 22 layer lasagna is wonderful, also very good is the fettuccine Alfredo. Try the garlic cheese bread. Same dough as the pizza, yummy. Panini's (sandwiches) amazing. For dessert, the in-house homemade Gelato is outstanding. At least a dozen flavors. read more

Good service. Reasonable prices. The best pizza outside of Long Island. Large selection of gelato and the cannoli is very good. I get one to go every time. You will enjoy the food it is a must try. read more

Service was great and timely! The server was very friendly and accurate with our orders. We had a couple pizzas which were fantastic! The fettuccine Alfredo was tasty and flavorful. The mozzarella sticks with homemade marinara was very delicious. The homemade gelato was amazing for a dessert, very large selection of flavors ( I chose Oreo ). Overall experience and ambiance was great, would recommend 100%! read more

This is a hidden little gem. In a strip mall in a corner... never Raven noticed it before. Me and my girls decided to do dinner and movie night. Came across this little Italian restaurant with some good reviews. It did not disappoint. I got the lasagna with a glass of Pinot Grigio. It was great! My friend had the homemade pasta with vodka sauce.... Fantastic! My other friend had spaghetti and meatballs.. also fantastic. My other friend had a panini and she said it was good. They ordered the Bruschetta for appetizer..very good amount but there was so much in each piece it was difficult to eat, so if your on a date and you don't want to be a complete mess I suggest choosing something else . It was tasty though. The waitress let us taste several of the gelato and they were all great. The server was fantastic and very thoughtful and helpful. Great job Fresca Cafe! read more

Ordered two pizzas. One cheese one pepperoni and sausage. Both excellent. Great crust. Very good service We will be back. read more

Great vegetarian and vegan pasta options. Tasty wine selection. The gelato is always good, but I can't resist leaving without a slice of tiramisu to go. The new owner is very nice, as was our extremely nice server. The improved ambience is great for date nights. Fresh flowers at each table. There are lots of options like big salads, side salads, fresh pasta, panini sandwiches, ongoing specials, etc. The only unwanted change is the pizza preparation. We miss the thin New York style crust, and we do not like the overuse of cornmeal. But honestly bruschetta may be as carbolicious as any pizza. read more

Fresca cafe had great food and amazing service. The staff was kinda and accommodating to our large party.

Did I miss something? The Pizza and Service were excellent as always, but then the check arrived. Just tell me what the product your selling on your menu is going to cost and leave it up to me to decide if I want to eat at your establishment. It's not right to sneak in an extra charge like an Inflation Fee of 10% to the Bill without some type of notification first and set your staff up for blow back from the customer. Please place a note on the menus. read more

What happened??! I hadn't been here for a couple months and went back today. The pizza was totally different! The crust wasn't good like before, seemed like pre-fab. The sauce was like spaghetti sauce! PLEASE go back to the was it was!!! On a good note, the service was great as always read more

I absolutely love this place, we eat here at least once a week. My husband's favorite sandwich is the meatball and mine is the Bronx but all of their sandwiches are fabulous. AND their home made gelato WOW. read more

The food and service were both great! The atmosphere was amazing as well! I highly recommend getting the lobster ravioli! We will be back!

In town visiting and I stumbled across this place for lunch. The staff was attentive and friendly. I ordered the gnocchi and two meatballs. The meatballs were tasty and I loved the sauce. The gnocchi was good, but nothing to write home about. I was pleasantly surprised by their breadsticks, they were delicious and soft enough for me to eat them with braces. I would recommend this place I plan on stopping by again to try dessert. read more

4 of us had a great dinner at Fresca!! Angelia was our server and she was soooo awesome. Two of us had the mushroom ravioli special which was delicious. Gelato to top off the meal was yummy. This was our first time and we will be back. read more

Great menu and food! The service was great and the owners even came out and chatted with us. Such a great experience!

I had one of the big salads, which was delicious, and my boyfriend had the shrimp scampi with fettuccine, he said it was just okay, and not much shrimp. We really liked the bread that came with it, but overall found the pasta dishes to be a bit pricey. They aren't in the best location, we hadn't even known they were there. The gelato is yummy, but again pricey, so we passed. Their food reminds me of the old Fazoli's, which was basically fast food. Another customer there told us that they microwave some of their entrees...we will probably just stick to Aromas in Chino Valley. read more

Great little cafe with loads of tasty Italian choices. Coleslaw was light and fresh. Pizzas, paninis, pastas, appetizers, gelatos, deserts, wine and beer. Everything was warm and tasty. Gelato not pictured was divine! Wait staff was friendly and service was fast. Want to have some good food and hang out visiting with friends and family in no rush then this is the place! read more

The weather has turned back warm and I had seen the great reviews of this place so we popped in for some gelato. It was excellent. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and made recommendations as to what sorbettos paired nicely together. I got the prickly pear and the limoncello. My husband got the prickly pear and chocolate. We will definitely be back another time to try the food. read more

Inhospitable and unwelcoming. Wanting lunch after shopping, we stopped in and asked to be seated at a booth. Since there were only 2 other parties seated in the entire restaurant I was surprised when the hostess refused, saying she had to save the booths for parties of 3 or more. I tried to appeal again on behalf of my mother's comfort (she's in her mid 80's) pointing out it was unlikely on a weekday after 1:00, with more than 5 large tables open and many more smaller ones , that the hostess would have to make any party wait. She insisted shamelessly otherwise. By now my mother, who needed to sit down, had stepped outside and I soon followed. Fortunately the shopping center had another restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed, immediately seated among many happy patrons and dined like kings. We will not try Fresca again. It's a reasonable assumption that a restaurant with such little regard for its customers, puts little effort in its food. read more

chose this restaurant because it was close to the movie theater. glad we did. some of the best Italian food we've ever had. eggplant panini was perfectly done. it has an artichoke spread on it that is amazing! my girlfriend had the spinach and cheese ravioli. the sauce was out of this world. wonderfully seasoned. highly recommend this restaurant. we were too full to try the homemade cannoli for dessert. I've been here three times now. As a new resident of Prescott, we wanted to get some gelato and good sandwiches from time to time. This place is SO good! So far, we've tried four different gelato flavors and each one gets better than the next! Our favorite one thus far is Rum Raisin. We also ordered two sandwiches last week and we got the Brooklyn Panini and the Bronx Panini. Both were excellent as was the homemade coleslaw that came with the sandwiches. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Food was very good. Meatballs are outstanding. I had the Penne Vodka which was tasty, and the focaccia bread is terrific. Prices were reasonable, but portions were a little smaller than LaBruzza's and other restaurants (for the same price). Our waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere is pleasant. read more

Hidden GEM! For those who are GLUTEN FREE, you will be ecstatic to taste their gluten free pizza. It tastes like pizza. Really GOOD pizza. Try the carmelized onions with any other topping(s). Super friendly and accommodating servers. And the gelato is uh-maaaaaazing! read more

Fresca was a great find for us. Our server was Star and she was excellent- so friendly, helpful and an excellent representative of the restaurant. I'm vegetarian, my friend is vegan and gluten free, another friend is also vegetarian and there were 2 meat eaters. All were easily accommodated. Our food was delicious. I had the vegetarian panini and it was amazing. My husband had the chicken panini, one person had a pizza and two others had paninis. It was yummy and the gelato was so delicious. We'll definitely be regular customers. read more

This is some of the best Italian food in Prescott. No kidding. It's a small plain place in the Home Depot/At Home mall but with great food and friendly courteous service and gelato too. The sauce is excellent. I'm an Italian from Nee York City so don't take this review lightly. I've tried most of the Italian restaurants in Prescott. This is the best. read more

We have tried the veal with pasta marinara special as well as the turkey sandwich. Both were very good. The server was very sweet and we look forward to trying out more of their menu read more

3.5. Not bad. Not great. Bruschetta needs some work - it's essentially a pile of onions. Would be great to add some fresh motz and maybe some fig spread. These are onion bombs. Gnocchi was OK - good consistency but lacked flavor. Sauce is good but on the salty side. Lasagna is plated in a sea of sauce - a little odd and did not appear to be super fresh (pasta was hard). Desserts were good. Service was good. Solid 3.5 out of 5. Will be back to try other dishes for sure. Nice place and nice staff. read more

Wow! We usually go to Zeke's for their Blackened Chicken salad but they had quite a line waiting to get a table this Sunday, so we decided to try out this place. We are so glad we did! Hubby had the meat lasagne special and I had their Italian Flag panini. He LOVED his and said it might be the best marinara sauce he's ever had! Mine was also amazing with a side of homemade cole slaw. I usually don't really care for cole slaw, but whatever they put in theirs is by far the best I've had to date. Hubby had never had tiramisu and he loves cheese cake so we got one of each to go. Both were fantastic! The iced tea was perfect too. No wonder why they have incredible reviews! read more

Wonderful service and great pizza. I ordered a gelato cake for my husband's birthday and it was beautiful and had great flavor.

Good food. Good service. My favorite Prescott Arizona restaurant. Gelato is awesome dessert.

This mall restaurant opened a few years ago serving paninni and gelato. Their menu has expanded to include appetizers, salads, pizzas and pasta dishes. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. My Brooklyn paninni was ok, my wife's Queens paninni was very good, she said. Salads ordered by others were very large and included Romaine lettuce--nice touch. Service by our waitress was excellent--she was friendly and handled special requests and separate checks for our group of eight with skill and courtesy. read more

ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!! We fortuitously walked in Fresca Cafe because a neighboring restaurant was closed and I was frightfully "hangry". Your expresso, cheesy garlic bread, Alfredo sauce (we used for dipping) , Upper East End pizza (we added mushrooms) and of course, gelato-to-go...Mmmmm! Oh and restroom very clean and well-supplied. Last but certainly not least, Kristina our waitress was exceptionally amiable and professional. We definitely found our new spot for authentic Italian food and inviting atmosphere. Thank you!! read more
