What a charming little jewel! Best pizza anywhere around Prescott!! Tucked into the corner of Frontier Center; small, great food, nice enough ambience. Fresh flower on each table, great 50's love song music. Really lovely owners who are invested in serving their customers and care about their restaurant. read more

Fresca Café Corey was our waitress and what a delight. Paul is the owner, we got to chat with him for a minute because he was very busy. I have to tell you it's the best lobster ravioli I've had in years. I'm pretty sure everything there is made from scratch but the most important it's made with love, fresh and delicious. They have homemade gelato, pasta, pizza and honestly I can't wait to go back to try that gelato, maybe even order a gelato cake to go, really excited! I want to try the pizza. Paul, it was a pleasure to meet you and I can't wait to come back. The day we were there, it wasn't busy, and none of the lights were on. I think they blew a fuse but honestly, it was fun, romantic, and most important in the kitchen still function. I WOULD RECOMMEND read more

Food was very good as well as the service. We each had a panini with Fry's. Fry's were not coated so they were Gluten free. They were excellent. The GF bread for the panini was good. The only thing I would add is that the music was very pleasant but a bit loud For the size of the room and quiet conversation. read more

Amazing food and service! I had the Manhattan panini and it melted in my mouth! The side of homemade coleslaw (fresh...not bagged) was delish!!! The decorations and music make the experience so nice!!! I will be back and can't wait to bring my hubby and daughter!!!! read more

I had one of the best salads I've had in a long time. Central Park was very fresh. Delicious Brussels sprouts! Dressing was light. Also had a berry gelato that topped off lunch nicely. Corrie was our server and she also owns the restaurant with her husband. Very sweet. While there, they had people waiting for these 6 foot long subs! She said they've become quite popular Overall nice place with great food. read more

I accidentally found this spot with my family. Best accidental find ever! The food was fresh, delicious and so much flavor. We met the owner who was our server and she said her husband is the chef. I had a vanilla cappuccino, penne pasta with meatballs, the cheesy hug bread with marinara sauce, and topped off with a pineapple gelato. I will be back every time I come through Prescott. Thank you for a great meal and wonderful experience! read more

Excellent service and delicious Italian food. Great NYC style ambiance. The Lobster Ravioli is wonderful. Nice creamy sauce with a generous portion of raviolis filled with lobster meat. My wife ordered the Penne Alla Vodka. Penne pasta with sautéed onions in a creamy pink Vodka sauce. She said it was best she ever had eaten. Heard their pizza was very good so I also ordered a 10 inch, Sausage, carmelized onions and mushrooms on a NY style thin crust. Very tasty, We both enjoyed the entire dinner and experience. Had no room for the fabulous Gelato selection. Definitely we'll be back again. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent food! Had the wings and enjoyed them like none other. Fresh and soooo juicy.

I ordered the New Yorker Panini with a side of fries, and it tasted amazing! I love the New York atmosphere. The owners were attentive and friendly. Recommend checking out this spot! read more

Tried Fresca Cafe for the first time 6/30/25. Everything, from the food, to the service and the ambiance was probably a 9.5 out of 10. I had linguine and meatballs. The dish was superb. The sauce was fantastic! The meatballs and pasta were too. All fresh ingredients! The best Italian cuisine I've had anywhere in a long time. Very friendly people who, one can tell, put a lot of hard work into the quality of their food and their business. My hat's off to them. I highly recommend Fresca Cafe to anyone and everyone who loves real, fresh, quality Italian food. You won't be disappointed! read more

Great food and delish desserts. Was planning on taking half my lunch home, but it was so good I finished it all.

Moved and it's a shlep to get back there...but I would jump at the chance. I've read on other review sites that as of summer 2025 there are new owners? This could mean a difference in both recipe and attitude, because both were from Long Island, NY. F & G are true NY Italian attitude in both personality and in the kitchen. Hard to describe that but it shows up in 5 star reviews. If you get it you get it. Anyone know if the ownership has changed?? read more

Really nice people but one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The crust was way too oily, and the ham was very fatty.

Corrie was very friendly and attentive. The Staton Island panini and fries were very good. The wait however for my food was too long (30minutes). I will come back with my wife next time we come over the mountain and share a sandwich that's big enough for two. read more

Pleasant service people and excellent food. Love the mushroom raviolis (lovely sauce!) and the Queens Panini (My fave).

Why Fresca's is our 'go to' restaurant. Reviewed by Leia James and Kent Erwin. Favorites Food: NY Pizza. The BEST we've had, ever! Crust is not too thick or thin. Toppings are delicious. Panini's -- Queens is a great vegetarian choice Pasta -- Fettuccini and shrimp Galato -- Made on the premise. Many flavor choices. Delicious. Service: Servers are always personable and attentive. Family owned and run. Customers feel like guests rather than customers thanks to Cori (co-owner w/husband and chef) and Kami (cutie in training), and other servers. Ambiance -- Family friendly, interesting display cases from Italy, low key, conversation friendly. Motif -- NY casual Notes No alcohol sold here. Guests are welcome to bring their own and are not charged the common corking fee. read more

6 on a 5 star scale! The food is amazing. The service is amazing, and the service from Corey is absolutely exemplary. My wife is celiac and not only do they have fantastic gluten-free options, they also, did a no-cross contamination prep. Try everything here, but the lasagna, bread, marinara, and canolies are out of this world. read more

Such a delicious lunch with a group of my friends. We had pizzas, salads and sandwiches, so we tried it all. The coleslaw is incredible.

Wonderful Italian food so flavorful and a very nice presentation. Service was great. Looking forward to returning soon.

Fabulous service and food!! The owners operate this restaurant themselves and show pride in their food and hospitality!! I had lobster ravioli that actually had large chunks of lobster!! My husband got their amazing lasagna! Plus gelato for dessert!! Who can beat that? read more

We are giving them five stars, partly in an effort to encourage the new owners of this establishment, who are delightful. Maybe it's just me, but the ambiance seems a bit downcast & dark. But maybe that's just the vibe the owners are going for. Our food was excellent, with prices running MUCH below what similar venues charge for sandwiches & salads. I had a wonderful Brussels Sprouts romaine/bacon salad and my husband had a provolone panini meatball sandwich with marinara dip on the side & crunchy french fries. Fresca Cafe was also offering refreshing lavender ice tea. Then there is the broad selection of in-house made gelato, which they are particularly known for. If there was one area for improvement, perhaps there is a need for more help. We did have to wait quite a bit for our check, never got refills on our tea, etc. it seemed to be just the owners running things, while ALOT of happy patrons were filling up the tables. Highly Recommend! read more

Very good lasagna tasty I will come back for sure .very inviting place food was 9 out of 10

Tis place is small in a strip mall. but don't let that deter you from coming here! As you open the door, you are immediately transported to another time! It's like 50's meet NYC meets new age! And the aromas are devine! We immediately headed to the dessert display, and accidently bumped into it, (it's curved and rounded) the server said, "It's okay, happens all the time, like moths to a bright light!" We decided on the Vanilla Canolli and the Tiramisu...oh so so good!! They also do DELI MEATS, so opted for 1lb of Pastrami and 1lb of Fontina Cheese! Hubbs favorite deli meat! This is a great place to eat and enjoy some really good atmospheric splendor! read more

I honestly have been here before and loved this place. I recently, within the month visited and bought two sandwiches and a one scoop Gelato for $47. I have had the sandwiches before and the new version was a disappointment. Neither of us care for their cole slaw and asked for a substitute, no go. It was just was not anything special. The sandwiches were just blah. We , will not be going back. read more

I am celiac and cannot eat at very many restaurants. Fresca Café hits celiac out of the park. Not only do they take all the necessary, cross-contamination precautions, but the resulting food is so good. A lot of times, gluten-free is bland. Not so here. And the service is phenomenal. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Went to Fresca Cafe last evening. Our second time there. We were amazed how good it was and how nice the Owners were the first time that we said next time we come back we'll get pizza. Well that was last night. I must say..... Wow. We started w the antipasto which was unlike any I've had. Very good. We had the Upper East side pizza. Which is their meat lovers. I must say after trying every pizza place in town, this was the best. I do have a couple favorites but they don't compare to this. . The pizza dough, the sauce, fresh ingredients super friendly waitress all added up to one awesome dining experience. I highly recommend it. read more

Wow! Well my husband was celebrating his birthday and he wanted Italian food. So we made a trip to Fresca on the recommendation of a friend. The service with Romy was fantastic. She took such great care of us. The seating area is adorable and very unique. My husband had the shrimp fettuccine with home made pasta! He loved it and shared a bite with me and I loved it too. I had the Queens panini and it was so darn good! Since it was a birthday dinner we also had dessert. I had the pumpkin pie gelato and my hubby had the tiramisu. We can't wait to go back and already know what we will try next. Sorry no pictures as we have a no cell phone for birthday dinner rule. read more

Fresca Cafe - 22 layer Wagyu beef lasagna - Delis Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

For the size of this place and the time, they were beyond accommodating to my last minute party of 6..This lovely place I have passed a few times out to visit family and never stopped by, I was lucky enough to have hungry teenagers that could not wait for the normal stateliness stop! We stopped in and it appeared to be busy, to my surprise the entire front of house was being ran by a young waitress by the name of Corrie, she gave us excellent recommendations and apologized for being slow on the account of her being the only one working the front end. You couldn't tell as she had 5 other tables and to go orders and handled everything like a crew of 4 other waitresses! Not only is the service Amazing (Ask for Corrie) the chef that night came out as things slowed down to check on everything! 10 out of 10 - Definitely going back! #Best Pizza in Prescot read more

Hand picked basil, thyme, oregano,, and garlic. Fresh tomatoes, nothing canned. Locally sourced meats and cheeses. Even the honey for the pizza dough is local. The marinara sauce is cooked for 20 hours to bring out beautiful caramelization of the tomatoes. When freshness forms the basis for Italian home cooking, the food in this restaurant is bound to be outstanding. We didn't know their philosophy of freshness when we first tried their food. We just knew as we began our dining experience, this place was special. The salads were crisp and flavorful. The breads had that yeasty unctuousness. Then, the special of the day, the 22 layer wagyu beef lasagna, was out of this world. We topped off the meal with their home made gelato. The husband wife team at Fresca is cooking up some of the best Italian I've ever tasted. The restaurant is small but cozy. Make sure to make a reservation. When you crave Italian, look no where else in the Prescott area. read more

Fresca has delicious paninis, super fresh ingredients and many sandwiches to choose from including traditional Italian meats and meatballs, to vegetarian, and chicken. I had the Queens vegetarian with nice big chunks of eggplant, zucchini, roasted pepper, arugula and an artichoke spread. I like that they have gluten free bread and that sandwiches come with a side of house made coleslaw. The Paninis were good sized and I was plenty full after eating, even though it was a late lunch for us and I was hungry. They have a nice selection of hot teas, perfect for winter. I had a rooibos chai which was excellent. Try to save room for Gelato! read more
