Communication was awesome, no surprises, great quality of work, and just an overall nice experience! We chose to redo our first floor bathroom tub/shower with a walk-in shower and enjoyed selecting our tile, glass doors, fixtures to our taste. We have an identical bathroom upstairs but upgrading to a newer tub/shower - we will 100% be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing for that project as well! Michael Rodgers was our project manager, and we plan to request him specifically.

I would not recommend This company for any type of bathroom remodel.. I am very disappointed in thousands of dollars spent for poor workmanship but yet it's a customer's fault. He will also take a part, a brand new faucet and tell you that it needed fixed, on top of which it was your fault that it didn't work correctly after he took it apart. Also, the contractor stated he had nothing but hard time in pleasing customer. His tile person is out of pine village (Lafayette , in.) this guy did a horrible job. I do not recommend hiring this S.Henderson Pluming for Any Reason. Sincerely Concerned Disabled Veteran.

"Your lucky I'm 40 or I would kick you ass". So I went inside and talked to my manager. I then later called the company to let them know this is very unprofessional and he was the one that answered and said" listen you got headed kid. Drop it or next there will be no warning". Very unprofessional and very unsafe. Cops were called and police report was made.

The next day, I got no updates on how long it was going to be our house was 37°. I was worried about pipes freezing we bought space heaters which were ineffective in such a big house. I was so cold it was making me feel sick. I called Tuesday. Left a text with one of the technicians about the status of our furnace because the cold house was affecting our dogs.
