Also said that he took his deceased wife's grandmother in to live with him as she didn't have a place to stay. Then proceeded to tell me he needed another advance of $1400 to go back to the job. I ended up calling the Avon IN cops to see what his public record is. No record of a car crash in Camby in February with a mother and two children passing. Public record for anyone that wants to get info on some other things he has done. Do your research!!!! Anyway - gave him a second chance and sent him $100. No show at the job again. Zeke T and Carla C can tell you as well.

I contacted Anderson Plumbing during the long holiday weekend and they were able to come out quickly on Tuesday morning. They used a camera to inspect the line and a hydro-jetter to clear the roots in just about an hour. Both of the technicians were very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions about preventative maintenance and more serious solutions going forward. In total it cost $550, but these are not tools you can buy or use on your own, so well worth the cost.

The plumber used shark bite style connectors, but didn't secure it to the structure of the house so it slopped around. The next call was to repair an upstairs shower drain. Two men showed up. I had already cut a small section of the ceiling below to assess what happened. The used a Wingtite Shower Drain Replacement, which installs entirely from the top. The older of the two then said there wasn't enough room to build a p-trap. He said he could do 1" pipe and it would fit between the floors. When he finished the p-trap was completely below the plane of the ceilings drywall. I told him this was unacceptable. He rebuilt it, but we still had to shave a significant amount of drywall from the ceiling patch. I would NOT recommend Anderson Plumbing

After waiting on him for 25 minutes, I saw that he'd just GONE. I called HQ: they said he he'd called them, saying he 'FELT LIKE VOMITING'. OK, fair enough, I am disabled and can't keep the house as I'd like. but to just FLEE?? With not a WORD??? HQ guy said they're a new company, and still working on "customer relations' issues. NOT good customer relations, guys. And HQ not calling me to tell me he'd vanished, leaving me to look like a dork with a stinky bathroom? A stinky house? NOT GOOD. Not good at all.

I was initially excited to work with Ken and his team. Ken was professional and responsive during…read morethe quoting process and we felt his pricing was fair. Ultimately, our opinion is he oversold and underdelivered for many reasons. One reason being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs or employees would arrive and ask me what was to be worked on for the day. Also disappointing were the consistent errors, low quality work, and avoidable damage created in other areas of our home, which I had to pay a different contractor to fix. We felt specific (not all) of his subs or employees were careless and no where near experienced enough to be called professional home remodelers. Ken also told me he knew his crew and worked with them for many years, however, a newer team member of his initiated a highly aggressive fight in my home with another employee, where expletives were being shouted between them and in front of me and my small child. His employees were later captured on my Ring camera laughing about me and my child being scared. It was the most unprofessional conduct we have ever experienced by a contractor in the 10 years we have owned our home. When my husband called to ensure Ken was informed of the situation, he cut my husband off and said, "a little grace would be nice." There was a complete lack of care or accountability as the owner of the company. I would not recommend this company for PROFESSIONAL home remodeling.
