I followed up two times and received no response. When I finally did get a response on the 3rd attempt, they supposedly had no record of ever being at my house, yet there was a text message exchange from April 18th in the same text message thread of them confirming an employee was on the way. They then asked me to do their job for them and tell them when the employee was there and what they were supposed to quote. Magically, it took them 2 minutes to deliver the quote via text! Only problem, they didn't quote everything they were supposed to quote. Seriously, this is not difficult, I am literally trying to give you business and you cannot give me a quote for what I asked for in an effective manner? I am trying to do business with what I thought was a nice, local, family owned operation, but apparently they did not take the business 101 class. I called again and asked for a complete, accurate quote to be emailed to me like any normal, professional business should be able to do. The lady again acted like she had no clue who I was and said she was going to look it up after gathering the same info from me that I had previously given to her multiple times. Once she found the information, she texted me back to say she had quoted me for the job....again...you quoted me for half of the job, not the full job. Pay attention to what I am telling you. I am trying to give you business for MORE than what you are even quoting, yet you cannot comprehend basic requests or produce a professional, thorough quote via email. It is sad because I feel like this is a good business with good people, but they lack in details and in the capacity to run daily operations in a way to where they know what is even going on. Sorry, but I tried...and tried...and tried... to give you business, but your own ineptitude (you might have to look this up to know what it means) failed you. Good luck...I will talk to some of your employees who will tell me what is really going on there.

They left a note stating they could test to see for sure if it is the compressor but that it would require a capacitor and a hard start kit and that would cost me $1,900. I took that note into conners AC Supply and was handed those two parts for $35. 2 minute youtube video showed me how to install these two items. While he did try to overcharge by over $1,800 he was right about it needing replaced. I gave benefit of doubt and called them in about the unit. They sent a saleman whom started his bidding at $28,0000 for a new unit. I grabbed the specs of the machine he was offering me and got one more quote from myers for $4,000 whom actually charged me $3,600 for an easy job. Long story short everyone, these guys are scam artists. When I told them I found a better deal, they offered to match. for $24,000 cheaper than their initial offer.

My a/c unit went out in June of this year. Harold came out & found that the 24 year old unit had…read moreserved its purpose & the cost to repair the unit made no sense this late in the units life. So I elected it was time to update the unit. Harold did so & the new Rheem a/c unit provide us with an enjoyable Summer. The electric bill decreased over 15% from years past! It was at that time I decided it was best to plan on replacing the 24 year old furnace this Fall. Harold recently replaced the old inefficient gas heating unit with a Rheem 95% unit & we couldn't be happier. Two days after the replacement was completed the weather dipped into the lower teens & the new unit kept our home warm & toasty. I now have a complete new dependable HVAC system for years to come thanks to Harold & his associate. No homeowner looks forward to the cost involved in 'Big Item' replacements to their home but having the new system installed was definitely an enjoyable experience. We now have peace of mind knowing we not only can rest assured of a dependable HVAC system but we also have the expertise of Harold shall service be needed. Thanks again Harold.

We chose to redo our first floor bathroom tub/shower with a walk-in shower and enjoyed selecting our tile, glass doors, fixtures to our taste. We have an identical bathroom upstairs but upgrading to a newer tub/shower - we will 100% be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing for that project as well!
