We were told the part was being shipped and would be there Friday so they would call Monday. Well it is Monday and they called and wanted to come Wednesday to fix the furnace. Bear in mind this past week has had highs of 20 degrees lows in lower teens. We had to use a small fire place and two electric heaters one of which we had to buy. Well since we are not going to be in the state Wednesday they are coming today. This is not the first problem we have had. Earlier a part was ordered they came to fix the furnace but it was the wrong part. After waiting two weeks for this part we got it ourselves at Repair clinic.com. Luckily the furnace worked until we got that part the day after we ordered it, unfortunately we could not get the part there. We are an elderly couple and I have a condition that makes me very sensitive to cold. I do not recommend this co.
