It is our favorite lighting project to date. About a month ago, the lights started to flicker. I called on a Friday afternoon to see if someone could come out and take a look. On Monday morning, Chris (the owner) showed up to troubleshoot. Turns out the dimmer was malfunctioning. He replaced the dimmer and explained there would be no charge as it was still under warranty. Our experience with Artisan has outstanding every step of the way- from getting an estimate, to scheduling the project, the workmanship, and the follow up. All who work there know what they are doing and do it well.
