Here in 2026, AHS does its customers a disservice by sending Ryco- this incompetent company out to…read morepeople homes wasting their time and money (year after year per all that bad negative reviews). The first time, I let stuff side with my doorbell that Ryco did a half-ass job on. This time, Ryco was sent back out when partial electric went out in my basement. They claimed to know cause, and submitted the repair request. However, they were shocked it was approved. After I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone, they told me it should not have been approved. Yet, they could not explain why it should not have been approved. In turn, Ryco RESUBMITTED false information to AHS which got my claim denied. I explained to AHS that they lied. I had this house built, so know for sure they submitted false info. Per my request, AHS sent out Vector for a second opinion. Vector traced the wire and found the issue immediately. It was a 5 minute fix to change out an outlet. Vector was competent with great customer service. If you see Ryco assigned to you via AHS or any other home warranty service request, don't even waste your time. If you are reading this, then it's probably too late and you were a victim of Ryco's poor customer service and incompetence.

When I dropped off my computer, I asked for a diagnostic to see what was wrong. After calling multiple times, and getting the response "forward progress has been made" and "we'll call you back before the end of the day" bs, it took a trip to the shop to confirm it. After having my computer for 10 days, it had been "on the table for the last 5 days or so". When I asked what they knew, he spit back everything I had told him when the computer was dropped off.
