My local REMC put up a new pole and DEFCO gathered up a few guys in Christmas Eve Day to totally replace and actually reconstruct my incoming power supply. I'm glad they were able to get home late afternoon and so appreciated their work, their recommendations for some improvements, and making sure I had heat and electricity for Christmas Eve. Friendly, professional, and I think they were even a bit excited for the challenging problem the hit-and-run driver left for us. Even for a weekend day, and a holiday, the cost to resupply me with power was reasonable and cheaper than I expected. Really happy with these folks and they've earned my business going forward.
