My first experience with this company was great, but all of the follow up has been TERRIBLE. I…read morehave it all documented and it is undeniable. I waited 6 months just for a quote to do work. I followed up two times and received no response. When I finally did get a response on the 3rd attempt, they supposedly had no record of ever being at my house, yet there was a text message exchange from April 18th in the same text message thread of them confirming an employee was on the way. They then asked me to do their job for them and tell them when the employee was there and what they were supposed to quote. Magically, it took them 2 minutes to deliver the quote via text! Only problem, they didn't quote everything they were supposed to quote. Seriously, this is not difficult, I am literally trying to give you business and you cannot give me a quote for what I asked for in an effective manner? I am trying to do business with what I thought was a nice, local, family owned operation, but apparently they did not take the business 101 class. I called again and asked for a complete, accurate quote to be emailed to me like any normal, professional business should be able to do. The lady again acted like she had no clue who I was and said she was going to look it up after gathering the same info from me that I had previously given to her multiple times. Once she found the information, she texted me back to say she had quoted me for the job....again...you quoted me for half of the job, not the full job. Pay attention to what I am telling you. I am trying to give you business for MORE than what you are even quoting, yet you cannot comprehend basic requests or produce a professional, thorough quote via email. It is sad because I feel like this is a good business with good people, but they lack in details and in the capacity to run daily operations in a way to where they know what is even going on. Sorry, but I tried...and tried...and tried... to give you business, but your own ineptitude (you might have to look this up to know what it means) failed you. Good luck...I will talk to some of your employees who will tell me what is really going on there.

Communication was awesome, no surprises, great quality of work, and just an overall nice experience! We chose to redo our first floor bathroom tub/shower with a walk-in shower and enjoyed selecting our tile, glass doors, fixtures to our taste. We have an identical bathroom upstairs but upgrading to a newer tub/shower - we will 100% be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing for that project as well! Michael Rodgers was our project manager, and we plan to request him specifically.

Tech came out at 1 o'clock saw orange flame which is incomplete combustion and can cause carbon monoxide to be released instead of investigating the cause. He turned and told me we couldn't use the furnace. He ordered a furnace told us we would be at the top of the list since we were now customers with no heat. The next day, I got no updates on how long it was going to be our house was 37°. I was worried about pipes freezing we bought space heaters which were ineffective in such a big house. I was so cold it was making me feel sick. I called Tuesday. Left a text with one of the technicians about the status of our furnace because the cold house was affecting our dogs. My husband couldn't sleep because the house was so cold and the space heaters were not warming enough Wednesday arrived. I called the office and I got a secretary who couldn't care less about our predicament of a freezing house waiting for the furnace. She sense that I was unhappy and said that the office manager would get back to me right away. six hours went by still nothing to say the least we will never use this company ever again we saw they were other bad experiences including our bank manager was talking to my husband about how horrible this company is.

Both are working fine but another company who did some recent repairs recommended both needed to be replaced. Seth offered his expert advice without a big sales pitch and presented a plan for action should we decide not to replace right now since both units are working fine and offered guidance on what they could offer if either stops working. His estimate was significantly less as well. They scheduled the consultation quickly too! We are new to the area and my husband asked for recommendations from co-workers and without hesitation, several recommended Hay-Bush and now we can see why!
