I contacted roofmasters about a quote for a small repair on my chimney. After 1 month they finally send out a guy who drives by my home twice and then never shows, and never calls. After this I call and confirm that I do not want them to do any work on my home and that I will not be moving forward with their company. Two days later they try to send me a cancellation/ restocking fee. Which they happened to never mention anything about prior. Maybe this is how they try to make a living, but usually when companies treat their clients as I was treated they apologize.
