After looking at several options, it was clear that Silver Lake Boat, Car and RV Storage was the right choice. I stored my 2023 Nautique G25 here over the winter and couldn't have been happier. The facility is new, secure, and extremely well-maintained. Access is simple -- just a quick phone call to Tony to get in or out -- and they even offer optional power hookups to keep your batteries charged while in storage. SLB offers both seasonal and annual storage rates, which gives you plenty of flexibility depending on your needs. I'll definitely be storing my boat with them again next year. We rent two units here for tools equipment and building materials, both units were very clean when we moved in and the damage deposit is very reasonable Storage units are not climate controlled, so be careful storing anything that is damaged if frozen. If you need climate control check in with the airport self storage but their prices will reflect the upgrade. The asphalt driveway and the paint etc. are not always maintained at 100%, right now it is definitely due to be repaved. NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.
