My friend and I went and we were in private areas with curtains surrounding us and between us. Her "room" was right behind the front desk and door. You could hear all the customers coming and going and making appointments. My "room" was right next to her and I could hear all that as well. We each could hear each other's massages and applying of lotion. You could hear people in other rooms as well. That being said, for the price we paid, you get what you pay for and I would definitely go again. They do have private rooms with doors that you can ask for. The massage beds were comfortable and masseuse was attentive, respectful and quiet.
