In addition, the lifting service that was provided did not fix the issue with our kitchen floor. Following the services, we reached out to share our concerns and requested follow up. We never heard back. Nonetheless, they put us on an annual maintenance program and proceeded to send message after message, even after we unsubscribed. When I emailed to say that we had previously requested contact, were ignored, and that we were not interested in further services, the representative simply sent a thumbs up. The lack of professional integrity is stunning. Our concerns could have been addressed in a professional and prompt manner. We were misled by Google reviews and a really talented salesperson. Our experience more closely matches the Yelp reviews.

If you didn't know that the wall was repaired, you wouldn't know. I was very impressed with David's skill and experience. He came up a good plan to recover as much of the existing brick work as he could, and he found ways to hide the fact that newer bricks had been added. Fixing an existing wall in which replacement bricks are unavailable is as much of an art as it is a science and he has it down. He was very professional and conscientious, and he left my patio as clean as he found it. I'm extremely happy with the result.
