We got great vibes from him then and knew we would want them to do the job when we had the funds. Very chill, not at all pushy. We called him back up a few months ago and he came back out to double check measurements and while understandably prices had rose somewhat, we felt he did everything he could to try and stay as close as possible to the original quote total. Seth and his crew came out and did the job over 2 days. They were on time, pleasant, clean, and did great work. Seth pointed out a flaw in a couple of the window panes and said he was submitting a claim to get replacement parts so they would be perfect (and honestly, we would have never even noticed the issue). Excellent attention to detail, couldn't recommend them more!

When Chris from Tracer came over I knew immediately he wasn't a typical sales guy telling me what I wanted to hear. I can smell b/s from a mile away and it does nothing but drive me to find someone else. Chris was objective and honest and gave me a good list of pros and cons and enough information to decided not to install a $10,000 three pane sliding glass door that I thought I was set on. That alone sold me that I could trust Tracer to do the job. The quote came out very fair and Chris gave me the confidence that they would be installed professionally and meticulously. I just had the windows installed and completed this week and couldn't be happier with the job. The team of window installers blew us away with their customer service and professionalism. They respected our property by taking great care to protect anything that might have got damaged during install, they ensured all their work space was spotless upon leaving and they didn't try to rush through the job to get it done it one day. On top of that they adjusted my patio door to swing more freely without me asking them and did it free of charge. Their work was meticulous, every joint and corner of the window trim inside and out was perfectly sealed and trimmed and they cleaned the windows leaving them spotless. Through the finish walkthrough they pointed out a very discrete scratch on a window pane that I wouldn't have ever seen and they insisted to take care of it through the Milgard warranty. Just another huge plus. To say the least I'm very thankful I hired Tracer Window and Door to take care of this big project. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows. I believe Tracer is a team of honest, hard working people that want to exceed 100% customer satisfaction.

We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. But these professionals made good on their promises and maintained a great attitude with us throughout the process. Can't ask for more really. Thanks W&D Store!

We are so happy that we found Brilon Iron works for our custom home build! We are building a big…read morehouse and wanted a "grand entrance", and we quickly decided we wanted big custom steel doors. We went with 10-foot tall double-doors for the main entrance and they look fantastic!!!! Lisa & Tyler were great to work with! We picked one of the standard designs but then had it customized to our liking. We loved the main entrance door so much that we had to order two more single doors for the master and our son's bath, that both lead to the patio and pool. For these 2 doors, Lisa came up with a unique design including a transom window above the doors to match the 10-foot height but with a smaller door that looked better suited to the space. The biggest thing we love about all 3 of these doors, is the operational glass and steel mesh bug screens! We love fresh air when the weather is nice! On our current house, we have the cheesy security doors in addition to our normal doors so we can leave the front door open without having anyone walk in any time they want. Brilon Iron Doors have glass that can be opened without unlocking the door. It will be so great to have the fresh air while still maintaining security. And the steel screens will keep out the mosquitos and other bugs. This is great since we have recently realized that Palo Verge Beetles are apparently common in our new neighbor hood. These screens will have no problem keeping out those 7" long flying critters! ;-) Finally, the installation team was amazing! We are doing some of our own work to give us the "pride of building" our new home. We will be installing all of our own interior doors and the other exterior doors, so I told Lisa we wanted to install the steel doors ourselves. I am so grateful that she suggested that installing steel doors is not the same as installing other types of doors and encouraged us to have professional installation. So, took her advice and we are so happy! They did great work and they had a team of guys to do the heavy lifting and installing. Such a great choice! If you want to make a statement by having iron doors on your house, I highly recommend Brilon Iron Works!!!

The attached pictures of the work and our text interactions are all the proof that's really needed. Our windows were installed by this company in 2022. Make sure you thoroughly inspect and evaluate your windows well before the 2-year mark! Once two years pass, it becomes extremely difficult to file a formal complaint or claim warranty support, which leaves you completely on the hook for their mistakes. Writing this review so that we can help someone. Just like many other reviews, we were initially very happy with the window installation at first. However, here we are 4 years later dealing with active leaks that have caused interior drywall and patio damage. We had an independent inspector evaluate the windows, and they confirmed the original caulking job was rushed, improperly sealed, and poorly executed. There was some areas where the caulking wasn't even applied. Please take time to see the pictures. When we reached out regarding the water damage, the unprofessionalism of their team was unbelievable. Instead of taking accountability or offering a real solution, Kris was dismissive, sarcastic and condescending--telling us to "Take a walk, grab a beer. Cool off bro". They also said it was basically our fault for not maintaining the windows by painting the caulking, which we were never informed to do. They tried to smooth things over by offering a complimentary recaulking, but that simply isn't right--a free patch job doesn't fix the drywall damage or make up for a job that should have been done correctly in the first place. We sent them the invoice hoping they would cover any amount of the patio damage resulting from the leaking window, and we still have not heard back. You pay a premium for new windows so you don't have to deal with leaks, home damage, and poor workmanship. To pay that amount of money only to be met with cheap quality and blatant unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Please inspect every exterior seal thoroughly as soon as possible.

We should have went with window world. American Vision Windows was not the lowest cost, but we…read morefelt they were the most qualified. We were wrong. Here are a few of the issues we dealt with them on. We were offered $75 refund (off of an almost $50k bill) for taking a delivered door that was damaged, or a month delay to reorder. Much to their surprise, we took the delay, and it was delivered much quicker. American Vision Windows tried pushing their project management off on me by asking me to report to them if their sub contractors did not show up. I had to tell them that was their responsibility, but ended up having to call them on multiple dates to let them know work had not been done. After the install was "complete" there were areas where daylight was visible through the framing and wall. Sliding doors were installed where more than half of the threshold was unsupported causing warpage and binding. Within 30 days, caulking was failing (still an ongoing issue), roller tracks warped from southside exposure (also still an ongoing issue) resulting in sliders unable to open (even though we paid extra to have their "south west desert tested windows" installed), interior trim falling off. Other issues include sub contractors showing up hours late, or not at all, wanted to charge me extra to install a light even though it was included in their quote (note that the light was required per local code), stucco sub contractors beat on exterior of wall hard enough to knock off items hanging on interior wall and break, door undersized for opening and the use of fiberboard used to shim the security locks. As of a few years later, I am still dealing with water infiltration issues, and warping threshold that make opening the door impossible. Threshold have had to be replaced at least 4 times due to warpage and the inability to open doors. Which is a safety concern. Individuals who were part of these issues were Elias Arreola, and Thomas Foster among others. If you are unfortunate enough to have American Vision Windows on your property, and have these guys assigned to your remodel, ask for someone else, or better yet run away and count your lost time as lessons learned. American Vision Windows will tell you they provide a lifetime warranty on the windows. It is just a pass through from the manufacturer. The only thing AVW provide a warranty on is the workmanship, which you can see from my pictures is horrible, and it is only good for 1 year. This was the worst $50K I have ever spent. Again, these guys were not the lowest cost we were quoted, we were not looking for low bid. We were looking for a quality install/product and we were dupped.
