And by the way wanted to do it in one day. Left Va beach and called the dealer to ask to have all set to go. Most dealers will try to nickel and dime ya. See an earlier review with buying my daughter a car. One star experience. We also were looking at a different dealership. We drove up with our dog. We walked up to the car and the salesman, Glenn, had it opened & ready to go after greeting us. Great customer service! Gave me the key. And me and the wife were off for our test ride. THE DEALERS WATCHED OUR DOG ABBY!!!!!!! The Finance Mgr, Howie, was no pressure as he professionally presented the different options for their warranty packages. Overall a very professional & awesome experience in every way!! Highly recommend!! Final process which takes other dealers, hours, took about 29 minutes and we were off, back to Virginia Beach! Great experience!! Great customer service! (Unlike last experience- see my last review .) Willis Chevrolet is a five star. FIVE STARS!!!!! If we could give more stars, we would!!!

Winner Subaru Services - Schedule at your own risk…read more I canceled my appointment with Winner Subaru and valet services, and I doubt that I will schedule any service with them in the future. Winner Subaru initially overbooked the valet service and requested that I change my service date from Wednesday to Thursday. However, the valet service did not arrive at the guaranteed time or at the rescheduled time on Thursday. Winner Subaru is unable to manage or provide the simple service of scheduling their valet service. Winner Subaru's lack of attention to service details is concerning. It is likely that Winner Subaru overbooked the technicians and mechanics as well, resulting in poor service and a lack of quality in the work performed by them. I contacted Winner Subaru to schedule the first service on my Subaru Forester. The service advisor was helpful and informed me that the valet service was complimentary on your first service visit with Winner Subaru. I decided to take advantage of the valet service and scheduled the appointment for Wednesday. On the Tuesday prior to my appointment, Winner Subaru contacted me and explained that they had overbooked the valet service and wanted to know if they could reschedule me to Thursday. I confirmed that the valet service would pick up my Subaru at 9:00 AM on Thursday, so I agreed to the change. On Thursday at 9:45 AM, I received a call from Winner Subaru informing me that they were experiencing difficulties with their valet service. However, the individual was on his way and would be at my home in 40 minutes. At 10:50 AM, I called to inform Winner Subaru that the valet service had not arrived at my home. I was informed that Winner Subaru had just contacted the individual and that he would be pulling into my driveway in a few minutes. At 10:56 AM, I called to cancel my appointment and valet service. The valet service had not arrived, and I was informed that the individual was 5 minutes away and would be pulling into the driveway in a minute.
