Getting connected with Justin was like finding a tailor who can make your suit fit just right. Let me explain. During my first phone call with Justin he immediately started by asking what my wife and I needed in a home. Justin made it clear he wouldn't waste our time showing homes we would give a hard no. Throughout the entire process it was abundantly clear Justin was not here to sell us the first home we saw. Soon, and I mean like immediately after my first call Justin quickly got to work. Filtering and tailoring our needs, matching us with homes in areas we wanted to be in, well within our budget. I'll add we did not make this process easy for him as my wife is a police officer with a crushing schedule and I'm active military stationed overseas. That did not stop Justin from working around my wife's schedule and the 11 hour time difference for me. Justin always found a way to keep us both connected, grounded, and aware of everything in the process. I can't recall a single time he didn't answer the phone, or response to a text or email. Every question we asked was answered quickly, and with great confidence. His knowledge of the inland empire area was obvious and impressive. What I found even more impressive than his confidence and knowledge was his ability to adapt to unique challenges. Again, let me explain. If you are reading this several years from now then you may remember COVID-19. Despite being in the middle of a global health pandemic, working with a deployed service member, and a police officer with rotating schedules, Justin tackled these with ease. Nothing that stood in his way kept him from professionalism and supporting us. If you are reading this as a first time home buyer there is something you need to know. Real Estate agents make money based on a percentage split between themself, and the selling agent (flip flop if you're selling your home). This means it's lucrative for them to sell you the most expensive home as fast as possible. Basically the equivalent of a used car salesman. I am here to assure you the used car salesman example I just discribed is NOT what you are getting yourself into with Justin. Throughout the entire process he always reminded my wife and I we have time and we did not need to settle. This is one example it was clear Justin actually cared about putting in a home we loved. I also can't forget about Justin's assist and paperwork ninja Sarah! She handled everything professionally and clearly. There is a LOT of paperwork in this process and it all went smoothly without error. In conclusion, the reason I am writing Justin and his team this lengthy and glowing review is because i wanted to give him back something which reflected the quality of his work. Justin is a hard worker, who will tell you the truth, and genuinely cares about finding you the perfect place. If you are reading these reviews to decide which agent to go with, I'm here to say you can't go wrong with Justin. Steady in the chaos. - Jake and Tyller.
