We kept getting asked let's get into escrow so fast felt like we were rushing. When we finally got into escrow nothing was done what we asked for. The home inspection was done and lots of things wrong with the home. We asked that lots of stuff be fixed. We were told that all the things we asked for were going to be done but it was a lie it was not done. For example the fire place was fixed incorrectly and when we turned it on the fire came shooting out at me and my kids. We were also told a termite inspection was done and come to find out it was only done on the inside. When we moved in the whole house full of termites real slick. Also we still have the lock box on our door sloppy looking no one has come to take it off. So many other things. I spoke to a lead there at the company and why didn't I know she never called us back. I should have known she would for look at the service we got. This is horrible we are sad when we supposed to happy and now trying to figure out this about the termites. I also have to buy Bo cutters to cut the lock box off. They got paid from the sale and left us hanging when I ask about speaking with the seller it's against the law. The manager from Keller said did you do your final walk thru well we are not handyman how do we know if things were fixed we asked if they were fixed correctly And we were told yes and they were not. We were lied to about the termite report this is not right this is our first home and got done like this. Your agent supposed to take care of you make sure smooth landing. Now we are in a bad situation and don't try calling them because they don't care. Trust I tried already and you. The agent did show up to every appt but unfortunately this was done sloppy and my whole thing is they don't care

Though she wasn't our agent she was the listing agent. Which I paid her fees and commissions as part of the deal. She treated me with complete disrespect on every level of communication. When we called her she continually refused to return calls concerning information regarding the property. We left numerous messages to no avail. Finally I text her and she still ignored our calls. Until I text her that I guess the only way I would get any answers was to show up at the real estate office, which she finally responded with this quote- "I don't have to talk to you" Now there had been no acrimony or terse communication thus far so I am Bewildered at her response. I left a message at the Real Estate office and no one responded there either. To say the least our experience was very un business like and unprofessional.

He's friendly yet assertive about getting a house sold. We signed a buy contract, and then he had beautiful drone photos of the property taken and advertised as "Coming Soon". The next morning we received two offers well over the listed price, one was super high, so we accepted immediately. The process was hassle-free. He and his team made sure that the all documents were accurate and explained every detail, and we were able to move away by our goal date a month later.

He answered the phone in a very unprofessional, low energy manner. I was so surprised with the way he answered his phone I actually asked him if I had the right number. He verified that I had the right number and that he was a realtor. I then identified myself, explaining that I'm a general contractor wanting to build a spec. home on one of my lots in Apple Valley. Suddenly his professionalism kicked in and he began to tell me how qualified he was. I explained to Matthew that I am a CA General contractor currently living in Northern California. My plan is to return to S. California to build a spec. home on one of my Apple Valley lots. I wanted to know what the current market was like for a 1925 square foot home in Apple Valley. I explained to Matthew that I purchased that lot in 2008 and after the housing market crash in 2009 I simply placed a for sale by owner sign on the lot and decided to either sell the lot or build on the lot when the housing market improved. Now I'm ready to build a house on that lot and I will be in need of a good realtor to market and sell my spec. home as I build it. Mathew told me he was close by to my lot and that he would drive out to my lot and then he would call me back while he was at my lot. He told me he would be able to look up the other houses I have built in Apple Valley and that with that data he could give me a good idea of what my spec. home would sell for. That sounded good to me. However, Matthew never called me back. I waited a few hours and called him again and left him a message asking why he didn't call me back. It has been 8 days since then and he has never called me back. My for sale by owner sign is on the lot with my phone number and I left him a message with my phone number. He never called me back. NOT A VERY PROFFESSIONAL REALTOR!!! I can only guess why he didn't call me back, and my guess is that he saw my "For sale by Owner sign" and figured I was wasting his time. That "For Sale by Owner" sign has been on that lot for 13 years and it was placed there to see if anyone was interested in purchasing the lot. Now I'm ready to build a house on that lot and I need a realtor. I explained that to Matthew. Whatever his reason is for not calling me back is irrelevant. What is relevant is that a decent realtor would have called me back and at least told me that he was not interested in being my realtor. Needless to say, I'm still in need of a good realtor. My previous realtor that I had there in Apple Valley is no longer a realtor.

    This review comes long overdue, and for this, I truly apologize, Jeff…read more Our journey with Mr. Jeff Kack started back in mid-2021, just after the COVID pandemic. The housing market was still "popping'" given the low interest rates & low inventory, the competition was fierce! My wife and I rented throughout our lives and were anticipating purchasing a home, considering we were expecting our first born within the next few months. As first-time home buyer, we didn't know what we were doing without the slightest clue on what closing costs or a fixed interest rate was! All we had was a dream of moving out to Redlands as soon as possible. After perusing through Redfin while working night shift one night, we found a home that was newly listed. It looked promising, but again, we didn't know what we were doing! We had absolutely no one to show us the property! At the risk of losing out on a potential purchase, we reached out to Jeff for the first time that morning, requesting to see that property. In hindsight, this was an insane approach and an unreasonable request! But bless this man's heart ... Jeff Kack MADE THIS HAPPEN. Without so much as a formal introduction, he quickly reached out to the seller's agent, coordinated with the seller, and led us through the property, all within the next hour! This event marked the beginning of a beautiful journey to settling into our forever home roughly a few weeks later. Suffice to say, the first property did not meet our expectations (we learned very quickly that fisheye photos are quite deceiving), and Jeff was intuitive in picking up our vibes on the home before we had a chance to debrief after the showing. Despite our impatience, Jeff took point and led us on our search the RIGHT way. He sat us down for a full evaluation, discussing what we were looking for in a home, at what price range and in which desired area. Jeff's attention to detail and patience is truly unparalleled compared to other real estate agents (speaking from experience). His genuine approach was not what some would describe as a "typical sale." We could tell Jeff really cared about the home we would eventually settle into and raise our family. We NEVER felt like we were being forced or rushed into making a decision. Jeff ALWAYS had our best interests in mind despite our own impatience and shortsightedness throughout the process. No, instead, Jeff made EVERY effort into accommodating us, and within just a few weeks, Jeff was showing us the home we would eventually purchase and continue to live in to this day. Notably, Jeff's altruistic nature persisted during the purchase of our home, including inspection & financing. Despite going through my own mortgage broker, I ended up going with Jeff's recommendation, who offered us a RIDICULOUS interest rate, even for that time! However, there was a misunderstanding over the closing cost which caused a subtle rift between the broker and myself. Let me tell you, regardless of the plethora of deals Jeff may have conducted with this broker in the past, I felt Jeff on my side and even offered to put up his OWN money into the closing costs in lieu of a reduction in an already reduced interest rate. Seeing this, I knew I wasn't dealing with the majority of personalities we encounter in our current social landscape. Jeff was and continues to be a special dude that ALWAYS looks out for others, and for this, I'll always be grateful for. We closed back in late 2021, and Jeff continues to maintain contact TO THIS DAY. In fact, it was Jeff's persistence in which we went out for coffee this past weekend just to catch up, and I had a blast! He continues to be an invaluable resource, which reminds me of one time when my toddler had spontaneously activated my home alarm (which had never been used since I moved into my home) roughly 2 years after the purchase. With precious seconds counting down until the system armed the motion detectors and sirens, I phoned a friend (Jeff) after not speaking to him for months, and although he was in the middle of putting his infant to sleep (again, so sorry, Jeff), he found the PIN code and texted it over to me, successfully disarming the alarm. Looking back, we had an exceptionally good time looking for our home, and it was only possible because of Jeff. It's rare in this day and age, but he is genuine and an overall, stand-up guy that works intentionally for those around him. What started off as strangers in pursuit of a reasonable transaction, I found a very good friend whom I intend on keeping around in my life. If you are looking for a similar experience, I highly recommend Jeff Kack as your real estate agent. Even receiving a fraction of what he offers promises stellar service, but we were blessed with Jeff and had a phenomenal experience, and for that we'll always be grateful to this man.
