It was a chance meeting. My wife and I were not earnestly looking for a home but an accidental submission on Zillow and a initial call with Rupi, not to represent me but merely to show me around and answer any questions I may have. Rupi far exceeded our expectations. We live out of state and told him what we were looking for and the date we would be in California. Rupi set up properties for us to look at. At every property, he provided an information sheet for it. The houses were great and one felt perfect. We submitted an offer. Unfortunately, that offer was not even looked at. Rupi set up more homes for us to look at, including some we requested. The last house he said was special. As soon as we walked inside, we knew we had found our home. Rupi told us there was another offer on the house and suggested we offer a certain amount. Offer was accepted. Rupi then gave us a good list of people to do home inspections, appraisal, insurance, etc. We left to go to our current home to start packing. Rupi set everything up by email, docu-sign, texts, phone calls. We closed sooner then expected. Rupi was on top of his game the entire time. He has far more knowledge about building codes then many realtors do. We will without a doubt be using him again. Rupi helped us find our first home in the city of Riverside. He was very responsive to our texts and showed us homes that were within our budget and made adjustments when we asked him to. He was able to filter houses that he knew we wouldn't like and emailed us homes that were available on the market. At the house tours he would brief us on the homes, show us key areas of the homes that may be issues later on. Every question we asked him he knew or would investigate further until that answer was found. During escrow he was very aggresive in helping get everything done with the seller, helped us fix items that were noted by the appraiser.
