Having been a landscaping contractor previously, I have seen my fair share of interaction between home owners, lenders, developers, builders and real estate firms. That being said, Goran and Lisa appeared to be very strong candidates to list our home after some research of the Temecula Valley area. Meeting them both, feeling their zest for their work and recognizing right out of the gates that they had a very organized approach to sell homes quickly and at strong market values - all of these traits sold my wife and I on their abilities and we signed on with their team within just a couple days of first meeting them. Both Goran and Lisa were excellent in all facets of our selling process. Lisa projected the exact selling price based off of the comps and condition of our home (essentially turn key). Even though I had some doubts about actually attaining our asking price, the team's efforts and marketing brought in 4 offers at full price in the first 6 days. Afte interviewing 3 realtors, we chose Matt Tibbets of Team Forss to sell our home based on his positive energy and the market strategy that he presented to us. Everything he said about his strategy made sense. He successfully sold our house in very short order, but one of the principle buyers became deathly ill after 3 days, so we had to put the house up for sale again. Again, Matt was able to sell our home in short order, to a couple who said they loved our home, that it was their dream home, and they not only offered us full price, but Matt assured us that their financing look good. But then, on the last day to remove all contingencies, our buyers got squirrelly and suggested they had reservations and wanted to pull out. Matt jumped in on our behalf, and after we, the sellers, jumped thru hoops and spent time, energy, and money to do the extra steps that the buyers seemed to need... they dragged their feet, refused to sign off and remove contingencies, and refused to pick an new close date. Long story short, the house went back on the market on the very day it was supposed to close with our second buyers! Matt knew we were mentally and physically exhausted, and that we had moved out most of our furniture that last week. He came through and supported us in more ways than can be listed here. Selling our home was not an easy decision many people told us it was a bad market, you won't sell at this time of year, and you'll never get what you want for your home. I was extremely fortunate to have Brian Mason as my realtor! From the moment I met Brian I felt completely at ease with the whole process. As an active duty military member and the sole provider of a family of five, it was important to find the right house for all of us.
