We needed a quality and professional real estate group to represent us as we listed our home during a very erratic time in the market; someone who was professional, honest, and knowledgeable on how to showcase our beautiful home. Ken was was prompt when we had tough questions and Ashley was very timely with all the documents. With the Harter Group, the process was seamless, straightforward and to the point when we needed to make decisions on our listing. During our first meeting, Ashely explained a quality marketing and implementation strategy to maximize our homes exposure while simultaneously pointing out our homes upgrades to show its true value. Ken was already knowledgeable about the homes on the market that were currently listed in our area. With their resources, we were able to stage our home and show off its upgrades while packing for our relocation. Ken's personality and his positive demeanor was the exact representation of how we felt our home should be shown to all prospective buyers. He was prompt on every appointment and provided us useful feedback throughout the process. During our listing, the market became very volatile; other sellers were pulling their listings or lowering their price with huge price reductions. Ken kept us calm and informed while remaining confident in the selling of our home. He provided us information and was able to articulate his reasoning that made us comfortable to weather the storm. In the end, we sold our home to some amazing buyers and had an extremely smooth escrow. The Harter Group went the extra mile and helped us locate a lease which included multiple showings. Ken coordinated with the lease agent and negotiated on our behalf to secure the property which worked out perfect for my family. In our experience with the Harter Group, we were able to see the professionalism from the seller's point of view as well as from a buyer's point of view. I can say without doubt, to have such an amazing experience while figuring out our footing as a seller during such a crazy time was a blessing. If you are looking for an exceptional real estate group to represent your interests and provide you with a quality service, then you have to consider Ken and Ashley Harter with the Harter Group. -Anthony and Reina Fontanez
