This business has spammed my email for so long that it's ridiculous to even try and remember. I don't even live in San Diego and after unsubscribing multiple times I still manage to get their email. I was looking for a real estate agent to purchase a home down here in San Diego California and I ran into an individual named Rachel Hanson that works for Andrew and she introduced me to a condo in Fallbrook California. From the time that I met Rachel until the close of escrow the whole process was a complete nightmare. Rachel Hanson is not versed in real estate she knows nothing about it she manipulates the system and she tries to argue a point that's not valid but in her mind it's valid. Needless to say she ripped me off for $2,500. I called her broker Andrew and he's about useless. Because I did not purchase a million-dollar home I was pretty much ignored and both Andrew and Rachel were non-responsive and helping me solve my problem. Andrew was literally a God send. We had been searching for a home, virtually on our own, for several months. We met Andrew at an open house and in those 15 minutes he taught us more as first time home buyers than our current agent had in the 4 months of working with her. We continued to search with our Century 21 agent when she was avaliable, because of a sense of loyalty, however after a couple months of no progress Andrew walked into my place of business... I told you he was a God send. :) He remembered the situation my husband and I were in, the type of home we were looking for and even the type of loan we were financing with. This just blew me away! We dropped our previous agent and went full force ahead with Andrew. He did not fail either! He was able to find us our very first home in less than a month and a half!
