I would like…read moreto offer my professional and personal endorsement of Rosemary Hieber as she originally helped me purchase my home in 2013 and more recently assisted me in the sale of the home, helping me expertly navigate property management issues and tenant issues that were outside of her responsibility. During the course of the last year, Rosemary was able to help my tenant find a new property, help me close out an unresponsive property management company contract and even offer options for remodeling and loft conversions. Rosemary negotiated a very favorable price and term for my home sale and made the process efficient and seamless, and expertly solved any problem that was presented. She was always available to me, 7 days a week and always responsive, and her problem solving skills are the best. She represented me expertly always with my best interest at heart, as I was remote during the entire process. She took the extra time that no other realtor would, to make certain that all parties are satisfied and all the loose ends are buttoned up. Her attention to detail was head and shoulders above others and her disciplined engineering approach to details was impressive. I highly recommend Rosemary Hieber as the agent of choice for all your real estate needs as she will always work in your best interest and manage all efforts to sell or buy a home in the most expeditious, seamless manner and negotiate the most favorable price and terms.
