My Team and I LOVE Chris! We work with Chris closely on-site at his properties. We see how he takes great care of the home and everyone inside it, gets it prepped, speaks professionally to everyone around including our team and homeowners/renters. He is a joy to work with in every way. I would not hesitate to work with Chris in any regard. He is an honest, trustworthy realtor through and through. Chris is a complete rock star. He is honest, intelligent, driven, and ethical. Chris has actually helped me purchased two homes so far and will definitely be the only one who helps me purchase anymore in the future. Chris legitimately wants to do everything he can to enable you to achieve your goals. And he is completely upfront about what can be done and how it is going to be done so that you know you are getting the best deal that you can be. His attitude is immensely refreshing in an industry that doesn't traditionally value honesty. And Chris and his team really do go above and beyond to help you get where you're trying to go. There were errors on my credit report that I didn't know about and was hurting my potential loan opportunities but Chris found them and helped me get them removed so that I could get the loan I needed. And of course he helped me find and get my dream house. He really is extraordinary! read more

Chris was our realtor 5 years ago when we bought our home in Mission Viejo. Because of the market at the time, we ended up with a short sale, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was recommended to us by a friend, and we have since recommended him to a few of our house-hunting friends. Chris was always available, and returned calls quickly. Since then, he has checked in with us about the house and even on our business and personal lives. He's become a friend to our family. Seriously, you can't go wrong with Chris as your agent. read more

Chris helped my husband and I with our purchase and sale of our condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. He was extremely easy to work with and did an awesome job! Chris was there for us throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns (which there were tons throughout both experiences since we were both first time buyers and sellers). He made us feel comfortable and you can tell he cares and knows the business. With the sale of our condo, a year ago, he was able to get us top dollar in our tract (I still don't think there's been a unit similar to ours that has sold as high -other than during the boom in 2006-2008ish) ! He worked his magic, pulled comps all over the area and made it happen! He went over and beyond what we could have ever asked for! I highly recommend the Samuelson Group...you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Chris! read more

I have used other realtors in the past, and it seemed like the times when I needed them the most, they were trying to sell me on getting the deal done so they could get their commissions, rather than representing my best interests to the other party. The reason why we chose Chris Samuelson to represent us in selling our property this time around wasn't just because he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great track record of success, but in talking with him it was evident that he cared for our needs above his own, and doing business with him confirmed that inclination. Hiring the Samuelson Group was an excellent decision for us as they really made the process smooth and easy. From the pricing of the property and the estimated closing costs, Chris was right on with what we got. He had a great marketing plan, made the property look absolutely beautiful for pictures and showings. I only had to go into the real estate office once to have something notorized, and everything else could be signed right from my computer saving us lots of time. His assistant, Faith, was great to work with too as she stayed on top of every detail. When it came time to negotiate the deal, Chris really went to work for us and made the deal successful for us and we feel we received a tremendous amount of value from working with Chris. Bottom line, Chris sold our home FAST for a GREAT price, and left us very appreciative of the outcome. If you want a realtor to represent you and your interests, above all else, go with the samuelson group, and you'll be glad you did. read more

Sometimes the right home is years in the making. Searching for just the right place in SoCal, we worked with Chris over multiple years as he kept a close eye on the market and sent interesting properties our way. When we finally found "the one", Chris helped us move quick to win the property which had attracted multiple offers in just a few weeks on the market. Proceeding to close was smooth sailing, and Chris made it easy with us out of state. Thanks for helping us land our dream property! read more

Chris is truly a great guy that has a ton of knowledge about the industry. He spent three months with my wife and I finding the perfect house, and was always there to show us a property or to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and diligent. I would highly recommend his services to anybody that is looking to sell or buy a home in the Orange County area. read more

The Samuelson Group helped my family and I with several Real Estate financing transactions. (both on the buying and on the selling part of the process) I was very impressed with Chris Samuelson's extreme attention to detail and with his ability to outline and clarify sometimes complex real estate concepts. I would not hesitate to recommend the Samuelson Group to anyone who wants "only the best" in real estate, real estate financing and mortgage advice and help. read more

Whether you're buying or selling, Chris Samuelson is the only realtor you'll ever need. I've used Chris on three transactions. He sold my last home the first day it was on the market. His unique approach to marketing generated a lot of buzz about our house and resulted in three all cash offers the first day it was listed (above asking price). Chris' open and honest approach is refreshing. He helped my wife and I through every step of the buying and selling process. And he is there to answer all questions with simple straightforward answers. My wife and I are very glad we found Chris, and we think you will be too. read more

Chris is the best realtor ever! He told me about the place I bought when I first started looking and didn't listen to him so I looked for 6 months! I finally looked at the place he originally recommended and fell in love with it! It was much more then i could have ever expected! He knows exactly what you want before you even do. I am the happiest home owner ever now and I owe it all to him! He also made the escrow process extremely easy! I highly recommend him for anyone's future buying or selling experience! read more

I never bother with reviews, but in the case of The Samuelson Group, I simply must. Time and time again we have been delighted with the full service, turnkey solutions Chris and his team provides. We have bought and sold multiple times and his work and responsiveness is beyond compare. Even through the recession he has helped us move property at top dollar and worked with us to restructure improved financial positions. His integrity is unmatched and he's put my family's needs over his own and kept us from making foolish mistakes. As a Medical Device Manufacturer Sr Manager, I have referred him to engineers and other business leaders in the knowledge and confidence that "the number guys" will learn that he's working the absolute best deal in their favor. Look no further. You've found the best in the business! read more

Chris Samuelson was our relator for the past few months. It was such a pleasure working with him. He always responded to my texts and even called me when he needed to go over specifics with us. He worked diligently and through a lot of red tape to finally get our house sold. Chris is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Real Estate. I truly mean this! Anyone can sell a house, but Chris can take a difficult situation, such a foreclosure and sieve through all the documentation to finally make the sale happen. If you need relator, I highly recommend Chris. He is super smart, a great guy who is always smiling and God loving. Diane Magdaleno read more

We used Chris as our Realtor years ago when we bought our first home. As first-time homebuyers we needed all of the guidance we could get! It is tough to find someone you can trust with what is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments in your life. Chris proved to be trustworthy, reliable, ethical, and sincere. We were not even sure if we were going to be able to pull it all together and make the dream of homeownership a reality, but Chris was there every step of the way. While I know the job is a difficult one, he was knowledgeable and confident - he made it look easy (which is the mark of a true expert!!!). We still talk about how great his service was after all these years. He is a real gem in the industry and you cannot go wrong working with him to buy or sell your home! read more

Chris was our realtor in 2011-2012, when we sold a condo in Rancho Santa Margarita and bought a home in Anaheim Hills. Poor Chris - on the purchase side, we dragged him all over the South and North Orange County, as we had difficulty deciding which market we liked better. Chris, though, was a true professional through it all - very patient, always available and willing to show properties to us at times that fit our busy schedule. However, the thing that impressed me the most was his attention to detail - he did his homework on each of the many markets we looked at, and if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he found it out and followed up with us. Once we settled on a home, he worked with a pretty difficult set of seller's realtors, and maintained his professionalism throughout some odd negotiations on their part. He helped us get the house for a deal that made sense for us, and also helped us find the perfect loan for our budget. He was a true "advocate" for his clients. On the sale side, he again worked his magic through some difficult issues. His knowledge of the industry and how it works was so evident throughout the process, and inspired complete confidence on our part. I would gladly work with Chris again if we ever move, and I've recommended him to several friends and acquaintances (and will continue to do so). read more

We hired Chris Samuelson in an effort to save our credit and not have to short sale our home. Chris was very responsive, taking time out in the evenings/weekends from his own family to accommodate our schedule. His marketing of our home was five-star, gorgeous pictures accenting our view and multiple avenues in utilizing networking. We never had to have an open house and all viewings were scheduled 24 hours in advance, which really helped with our busy schedule. Chris did an excellent job negotiating with the buyers, and acted as a mediator in a litigation situation with professionalism and class, keeping us out of court and the expense of a lawyer. In the end we sold at full asking price with net proceeds. We are so thankful to Chris for his five-star service we received, now we are able to move on and purchase a new home. Chris definitely exceeded our expectations. read more

Chris was extremely professional and did an awesome job getting my house sold. It was a difficult situation with a divorce and short sale and his professionalism and hard work made the process smooth. He delivered everything he promised. He was a pleasure to work with. read more

The Samuelson Group did an incredible job helping my husband and I find our perfect 1st home. I had a million questions about financing and Chris answered every single one of them. He made me feel very comfortable taking my time looking for the right home, and fortunately we found THE one quite fast! He also ran several "scenarios" for me to help me understand the best financing option for us. Everything was very transparent & he helped me determine what we could actually afford. The sellers required a quick closing and The Samuelson Group made it happen! It was a super quick turnaround. They delivered...Chris got everything squared away for us and made our move SO easy. The Samuelson Group is a quality team that I would recommend to my friends and relatives. We will certainly use them in the future for any real estate needs that come up. read more

I met Chris through a friend where I work (Nate). He came HIGHLY recommended and I took a shot on someone from out of my area. I had concerns about not being able to reach him, having a difficult time completing the paperwork, and feeling confident about our new refi if I was dealing with someone that was not in my hometown. All my concerns were put to rest after my first call to Chris. Chris powered through our refi and answered all my questions. We got a great rate, easy transaction, and made a great friend. He took time away from his family after-hours to help us out and take care of things when needed. Talk about above and beyond....that is very rare these days! We had such a great experience with Chris after our refi, that I used him again when I went to sell our lake house. While the transaction did not come to fruition, NONE of it was Chris's fault. We had nightmare potential buyers and Chris stayed positive and helpful, even while dealing with these extremely difficult people. At times, I wanted to pull my hair out and Chris helped me keep an even keel. Chris put in a lot of time and asked for nothing in return. He is the most knowledgable, realistic, and fair broker/agent that I know of and will continue to use him in the future. I don't do reviews that often on here, but in this case, if I could give Chris a 6-star review, I would!! read more
