Steve Conrad has been the world's best partner for a new landlord. He genuinely cares about both the tenants and the property. Recently, he helped me navigate an incredibly difficult situation with a dishonest tenant that trashed our unit and left with rent unpaid. As newer owners, we were completely distraught--nearly choosing to sell the property to recoup the lost costs. Steve handled the situation brilliantly, even going to bat for the tenants with a considerate heart. We've all been renters before, and Steve has decades of experience looking out for mutual best interests. I'd want him as my property manager if I was a tenant--all repair requests are fixed immediately. Last but not least, Conrad Realtors has built an office team that knows their business at an expert level and is incredibly responsive. We honestly wouldn't have our investment property back on track without their help. If you're looking for a team that has the area dialed, has a warm attitude towards tenants, and will help protect your investment from an owner's vantage point--look no further. These folks are the most honest in the game, are aces at dealing with tenant "issues", and absolute savants when it comes to San Clemente's real estate scene read more

Conrad Realtors - Real Estate Agents Near Me - San Clemente, California

Please be careful renting from this company. I personally dealt with Steve Conrad. He was very rude and spoke to me in a very demeaning manner. My walk through and move out was handled so unprofessional and EXTREMELY dishonest. Make sure you cover yourself if you go with them. Take ALOT of pictures moving in and make sure you get a move in checklist because if not they will try and take your money! So sad but very true. Be careful please. Below reply is not surprising! Any excuse to take people's money. read more

Jeremy handled a long-suffering search with me while my circumstances changed a few times until THE house came to us. When it did, he elegantly stepped in and negotiated a heartfelt outcome that suited both sides of the transaction as well as the surrounding neighborhood. It took finesse to advocate and not overstep, to communicate and to patiently wait with the right measure and Jeremy handled it gracefully with my full trust. He and his team also expedited the close to get me in before a holiday weekend! I am delighted to be living in my beautiful home and appreciate everything he did over time to help me arrive here. read more

I contacted Michelle Johnson from Conrad Realtors about a rental property, and after a lengthy conversation, and weighing my options, I decided I'd like to purchase instead. I obtained a prequalification letter and reached out again to her. Michelle was adamant that she could help as we did not have a realtor in the San Clemente area yet. Although she initially sounded like she'd like to collaborate, she asked ME to look for listings I'd like to consider and then blew me off after only 2 days of communication. Never heard back from her at all. This is not the type of person I would want representing me in a real estate transaction. Especially when it results in high commissions. Just another typical flaky real estate agent in Southern California that seems to expect that work just falls into their lap without any follow up or actual work. My experience was all big talk, absolutely no action. Terrible experience. read more

It's difficult to put in to words how thankful we are that we found Jeremy and Conrad Realty. In this extremely competitive sellers market, Jeremy and his team helped us find our dream house, within our budget, and best of all, it happened in about a month of meeting him! From our first conversation, it was evident that Jeremy is a real estate expert and is very well connected in San Clemente. He knows the market, the trends, and how to navigate, even in a tough market. He brought us multiple properties before they hit MLS. And when we finally found the right house, they accepted our offer within two hours! He and his team exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Jeremy and Conrad Realty. read more

Stay away from Michelle johnson. My son was looking at a property conrad realtor has listed. He submitted personal financial statements to her she requested for the rental. Michelle Johnson admitted to my son she entered his personal information into a database to find investment properties he owns that he DID NOT list as it had nothing to do with the rental property. He was qualified alone on the proof of income bank statements and tax statements he provided. Michelle said to my son she told the owner of the property who she was representing for the rental property and was her friend who was a single, she said she was "trying to hook her friend/owner of the rental property" with my son since he has a lot of money. My son is confrontational so he just laughed and switched the subject. Michelle Johnson is absolutely disgusting for illegal stalking and doing research on applicants of their personal life and assets when it's nothing pertaining to the rental application as he was already qualified so she can "hook" him up with her gold digging friend and herself. Realtors like her make me sick. Citizens assets are not to be used for your personal gains for your extortion. We will be contacting the DRE about her disgusting behavior. read more

The Conrads are a special family and worked closely with us to find our home in SW San Clemente. We met Jeremy 5 years ago when we purchased a condo, stayed in touch, committed to maintaining the relationship and since have purchased another home through him. The team is diligent, detailed, so friendly and kind and are so plugged into the pulse of the market. If you're buying or selling in San Clemente you need to work with the Conrads! read more

Our experience with the Conrad team has not once been anything less than stellar. This is our third real estate sale with Jeremy, and he's clearly got the right stuff to get the job done successfully! We needed to move out of state and sell our home in San Clemente, and we felt 100% secure simply leaving the keys with Jeremy and having his team refurbish our house, effectively and aggressively market the property, and take care of all the necessary paperwork and oversight in our absence. The process took three months, and not once did we have any misgivings. All was accomplished via DocuSign, buyers were super happy with escrow closing right on schedule. We simply could not be happier. There were numerous decisions to make along the way, and we trusted Jeremy with each one. Without hesitation, we name Conrad Realtors as #1 in South Orange County! read more

I just wanted to take a moment and write this review as it is long overdue. I have been dealing with Conrad Realtors since purchasing my first home from them back in 2017. They have not only been great Realtors to work with, but I now consider them Friends. I have had about four transactions with them and each time they made it easy and accommodating. Jeremy and Bill have been professional, honest, and easy to work with. I have also worked with Steve Conrad and his Assistant Paula, who have also been terrific. They go beyond customer service when it comes to your Real Estate needs. read more

I can't say enough great things about the team at Conrad Realtors. Bill Conrad was our agent in purchasing perhaps the most complicated and drawn-out short sale in the history of San Clemente, and he handled it with patience and grace the entire time. He's so personable and worked super hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He and his team communicated with us every step of the way, and they were always available for us on short notice. I speak for myself and my husband in fully recommending this spectacular team, 110%! read more

I am a RE broker myself and have been in real estate 33 years. I wanted an agent who was an expert in San Clemente to sell a 4-plex, so I did my research, both online and driving comps. I discovered Conrad Realty sold more than anyone in San Clemente and I soon found out why. Throughout the process I was always impressed by their responsiveness, candor and integrity. I never felt I was being talked in or out of something, just educated about the options. In this era, it is difficult to find decent, honest people who talk straight and treat you right . It was refreshing to find that with the Conrad Team. Great job you guys! read more

We are so thankful to Bill, Jeremy and the Conrad team for finding our dream home. They sold our house in one day and found our perfect home off market!! Conrad Realtors have a rock solid team! We are so grateful that we connected with them to help us with our transition to San Clemente. They went above and beyond to make this a fluid transition, including providing much needed local recommendations outside of the home buying process. During the home buying process, they were responsive, professional, detail oriented, and very helpful during the inspection process when we requested atypical inspections. No stone went unturned. They ensured that all of our questions and concerns were answered, and they have continued to assist with post-closing matters. They have a top-notch team and we hands down would recommend them to anyone and use their services again in the future. Thank you team Conrad for all of your help! We are so excited about our new house. read more

I have known and worked with the Conrad family since 2009. I have had the privilege of working with them both professionally and with several philanthropic projects and organizations in the San Clemente area. If your looking for more than just a realtor, these are you guys. They have a big presence in the South County area and offer added incite to their clients. They also care deeply about the community the work in. They do a bunch of work with the Boys and Girls Club, Family Assistant Ministries, and Military support outreach. All this deepens their commitment to the people they help located to the San Clemente area. For me personally, that's a big deal. I don't just want to work with or refer people to a Realtor just looking to close the business and move on. The Conrad's love San Clemente and it shows in everything they do. A HUGE Thank You! to Jeremy, Bill, Stacy & the entire team at Conrad Realtors for their Professionalism, Promptness, Persistence & PATIENCE throughout the selling process. We consider ourselves Blessed to have both attracted & found buyers for our properties in such uncertain circumstances! We were kept informed throughout the process, and relied on Jeremy's experienced advice when circumstances occasionally threw us a 'curve ball'. We would most definitely recommend Conrad Realtors to anyone looking to buy/sell in our coastal communities! THANK YOU!! read more

Can't say enough about how great the Conrad Team is. They represented us as a seller and a buyer during a global pandemic where my husband and I had lots of uncertainties and worries. Each transaction went through perfectly and we were able to sell our adorable Ole Hanson home in record time and buy our dream home in Talega where houses were getting at least 5 offers. Highly recommend working with this team. While looking at houses as a buyer it was great to see that everyone knew the Conrad's which we felt made our offer stronger than others because of the reliability and confidence they give in getting the deal done smoothly and quickly. read more

We couldn't of been more impressed with Jeremy and the whole Conrad Team! The communication was on point all the time. We felt Jeremy truly wanted us to be happy with our purchase. I'm currently a victim of the rent control debacle, being put out of my place so they can raise rent 50%. Michelle Johnson is handling the process and has been very misleading, she's spoon-feeding me more bad news daily. It's not so much the business at hand that upsets me as much as how she's conducting herself. I would avoid this company based on how terrible she's making this process for us here. Money seems her primary concern, peoples live's secondary. read more

A real pleasure to work wit everyone at Team Conrad! Highly recommend for all South County real estate needs.

Jeremy and his entire team at Conrad Realty did a fantastic job selling our home. Jeremy's knowledge of the area is such an asset. After carefully looking at our home and knowing the market in our area so well, he suggested a price which was higher than what we were hoping for! And, the home sold in four days! Jeremy and his entire office staff were always available for questions. The communication throughout was exceptional! I have bought and sold several homes and properties on the west coast and in the midwest and have always been pleased with the realtors I've used, primarily because I believe in using the top realtors in the area I am interested in. That said, Jeremy was above and beyond. His knowledge of the market and care of his client is exceptional. read more

Our family used Jeremy and Bill Conrad to sell two tri-plexes in the historic San Clemente area. We have worked with other realtors to sell properties, and the Conrads really stand out. They are professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and ethical. We received excellent sales prices on both buildings, and they did this with very little hassle from us. Their Client Manager Stacy was also excellent. It was a pleasure to work with this company. read more

Excellent Buyer's Agent - Bill Conrad I have worked with Bill Conrad as a buyers agent and Steve Conrad as a property manager for more than 6 years and they are both fantastic. Firstly, Bill has proven to be very knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me buy 3 different investment properties in San Clemente. He helped me find good value, negotiate key terms and provided excellent advice throughout the whole process. Prior to working with Bill Conrad, I believed buyer's agents added no value but now I have seen first-hand how helpful having a local real estate expert on your team can be, I would highly recommend Bill Conrad and his team. Secondly, I am completely thrilled with Steve Conrad's services as property manager for my 10 apartments over the last 6 years. Steve is conscientious, hard-working and a great problem-solver. Time and time again, Steve has used his extensive experience to help me with building repairs, finding great tenants, setting rents, being responsive to tenant needs, managing contractors, tracking expenses, providing advice, etc. Steve is fully committed to excellent service and as a result I have had very few headaches as an investment property owner. I can not recommend Steve Conrad highly enough - he is an exceptional property manager and I consider myself very lucky to have found him. This is why I am writing this review today. I recommend you contact Conrad & Associates for all of your real Estate needs. Pete Cyr read more

We had a tricky property to sell: an original Ole Hanson. Jeremy, Bill and their team were able to bring in a buyer that purchased AS IS. Had it not been for the professionalism, negotiation skills, patience, and expertise of the Conrad team this sale would never have made it through escrow completion. Their attention to every detail, diligent communication to keep us abreast were very much appreciated by my husband and myself. We have bought and sold many properties. My husband is a broker. The Conrad team is, by far, the crem de la crem of Real estate firms in the Orange County area. Family owned, over 50 years in our community. Bravo to Jeremy... He went above and beyond for us. If 10 stars was an option, I would mark that instead because Jeremy and the Conrad team truly went above-and-beyond. Their response time and attention to detail was excellent, and that makes a difference when you're working on two transactions concurrently (sale and purchase)! Negotiations can be hard to navigate sometimes and Jeremey was always available to explain, listen, counsel and go to bat for us when necessary. He literally helped move mountains! I know that was also due to countless hours and efforts from his team including the assistance of his brother, Bill. The level of service and care for clients was unparalleled, which sets them apart in my opinion. They lead the area in successful transactions for a reason; look no further, the decision to hire Conrad Realtors will be the first best decision you make on your home journey! read more

We just closed on a house in San Clemente as the seller. Everyone at Conrad Realtors was great throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with both Jeremy and Bill Conrad who know the market very well and gave us good advice and realistic expectations. The Conrad Realty Group has the best San Clemente market knowledge for both on and off market homes. We entrusted Bill to represent us on the purchase of our new home. Paul Henry from Conrad Realtors provided the best real estate experience we have ever had. Paul was extremely attentive to our criteria for finding a home and didn't waste our time looking at homes that didn't fit our needs. In fact, we found our dream home on our second visit. Since we weren't familiar with San Clemente, Paul acted as a wonderful Ambassador and took the time to show us the area and get us acclimated. When it came to completing the transaction, Paul and his operational team at Conrad made everything as easy and simple as possible. Paul and his team were very detail oriented and made sure everything went smoothly during the entire transaction. Paul set us up with an awesome mortgage broker who guided us all the way and allowed us to save thousands of dollars on our transaction by working with our unique financial situation. During the process when we wanted to make several visits to plan our move into our new house, Paul made sure he was available to get us into the house and arrange our visits with the previous owners. Paul took care of everything! Once we moved in, Paul set us up with his "guys" who were top professionals in electrical, landscaping, and handymen, so that our transition was as smooth as possible. Paul and the Conrad Realtors staff had the perfect combination of professionalism, responsiveness and kindness throughout the process. We are very grateful for their service and would use them again if we ever move. If you are considering South Orange County, we HIGHLY recommend Paul Henry! read more
