Stay away from Michelle johnson. My son was looking at a property conrad realtor has listed. He submitted personal financial statements to her she requested for the rental. Michelle Johnson admitted to my son she entered his personal information into a database to find investment properties he owns that he DID NOT list as it had nothing to do with the rental property. He was qualified alone on the proof of income bank statements and tax statements he provided. Michelle said to my son she told the owner of the property who she was representing for the rental property and was her friend who was a single, she said she was "trying to hook her friend/owner of the rental property" with my son since he has a lot of money. My son is confrontational so he just laughed and switched the subject. Michelle Johnson is absolutely disgusting for illegal stalking and doing research on applicants of their personal life and assets when it's nothing pertaining to the rental application as he was already qualified so she can "hook" him up with her gold digging friend and herself. Realtors like her make me sick. Citizens assets are not to be used for your personal gains for your extortion. We will be contacting the DRE about her disgusting behavior. read more

Michelle Johnson is handling the process and has been very misleading, she's spoon-feeding me more bad news daily.
