Jonathan Ybarra came highly recommended by a respected Northern California (Gilroy) real estate agent and he truly saved the day. My parents needed to sell their Southern California (Banning)rental property, but because they cannot travel, we were completely dependent on finding an agent we could trust. Jonathan took full control of the project on June 26. His expertise and reliability are reflected in his work and his contacts. The house sold to a known investor before it was listed with a 14-21 day escrow guarantee. This sale could not have happened had it not been for Jonathan's patience, dedication and commitment to serve. On behalf of the Rodriguez Family Thank you and God bless. Ángela read more

Jonathan Ybarra - SoCal Prime Properties - Our forever home thank you Jonathan Ybarra - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Temecula, California

Initially responsive and positive. At our initial meeting he didn't have a problem with the listing price. After a couple of months of no offers, he wanted to drop the price... Typical this is an occupied rental in a 55+ community which he said would be no problem. I gave Jonathan six months and we got nothing. The only improvement were the pics which were better than the previous agent. Other agents said Jonathan's pics were not professional read more

We are so happy to sell our house so fast. It cannot be done without Jonathan. He kept having the open houses every weekends and advertised it so many different ways with professionally made video and pictures. It's my first time selling a house so I didn't know that if the selling price is too higher than its value, the loan could be rejected. We received an offer with a higher price but with a large seller credit. He guided me to adjust the price and the seller's credit properly so it won't make any problems during escrow. I could see that he worked hard to make this transaction go smoothly. I can recommend him confidently to everyone. read more

Our mother passed away, and now were facing the project of selling her home. This was a difficult sale - it was an older model manufactured mobile home, it was not on a permanent foundation, it was in a 55+ senior community. And we wanted it sold quickly. After meeting with 5 different realtors, we chose Jonathan to manage this project. And we were so very happy we did. He drove a long distance to meet with us (we lived in Orange County), gave us an honest, friendly, straightforward pitch. Didn't try to overwhelm us with "real estate speak" like the others did. Didn't push us into doing all kinds of renovations or upgrades like the others did. The property was listed quickly, and Jonathan went to work right away. Held multiple open houses, showed the house with professionalism and expertise. He found us the right buyer at the right price. Escrow went quickly and smoothly. And all along the way, Jonathan provided kindness, compassion, and understanding during a difficult time. Made himself available and reachable for any questions or discussions, and would pro-actively contact me with updates. Even once, answered questions while he was driving his family on a vacation. I cannot recommend Jonathan Ybarra at SoCal Properties highly enough! Look no further for your real estate project! read more

I had to sell my home in a hurry and Jonathan was confident he could make it happen. He put the house on the market towards the end of the week and within one or two days, the home was being shown. That Quick! We had an open house the next weekend and received multiple offers. I was blown away, and ended up accepting an offer higher then the asking price. After accepting the offer, I could not believe how fast everything progressed. Jonathan kept me up to date the whole time, and when something needed to be done on my end, he gave me more then enough time to prepare. The best part was when, we were getting ready to fund and the realization that the competitive offer would soon be money in the bank. I want to thank Jonathan for working hard to sell my home, and get me as much as he could, in a timely manner. I am very pleased and recommend Jonathan for any of your real estate needs. read more

A true God send - I don't use that word lightly.  For many years, my husband and I struggled to sell this house - wrong timing, market changed, buyers loans wouldn't fund, issues after issues; three realtors and four years later, it finally happened with the help of Jonathan Ybarra-Real Estate.  From the beginning he assured us not only would he get the title issues cleared up, that he would work tirelessly to get this house sold within his contract time of six months - HE DELIVERED!  Since our house was a short-sale, Jonathan acted as our liaison, he worked directly with the mortgage company and bank so we didn't have to deal with the calls; he constantly kept us informed on a bi-weekly basis, even if there wasn't anything to share.  If you want an honest, hardworking, never going to give-up, get the job done kind of realtor - Jonathan Ybarra-Real Estate, is the ONLY one to hire! read more
