At the time, I raised concerns that growth without corresponding staffing and oversight could affect service levels. Janeth and Caden served as our primary manager during a period marked by frequent staff turnover and operational gaps. We experienced missed or lightly supported meetings, delayed follow-up on post-meeting action items, and slower responsiveness on time-sensitive issues. As turnover increased, continuity and accountability became ongoing challenges. Several maintenance and financial items took longer than expected to resolve, including common-area repairs and aspects of a loan process that carried meaningful impact for our homeowners. During this period, our account was supported by multiple assistant and full-time managers, which appeared to contribute to the lack of continuity. Based on our experience, associations considering Arrow-particularly those facing major projects or financing, may want to ask detailed questions about staffing stability, oversight, and communication expectations before proceeding. Having my DTV dish removed right before superbowl with no warning & maintenance (was manager at the time) lying about not signing the DTV waiver to install the dish on the property, which they will not install unless written approval & other units had them as well, and being threaten with violence by Johnny's son (maintenance) because I asked him to not touch or remove my clothes from the washer in the shared laundry room, which he lived onsite as well. I can honestly say this is the worst run property I've ever lived at. I only gave 2 stars because I did have & made some wonderful neighbors & a beautiful view. The visual might have been "remodeled" , poorly & cheap to only raise the rents, however the old plumbing was not addressed. I only stayed that long because of personal reasons & happily have left as soon as I could! There were a lot more issues with my stay here. This was my experience.

He made me believe that the repair that was needed would not be covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. To fix the garage door all he had to do was align a bracket which would have been covered by my warranty plan but instead got me to pay $260 out of pocket for work that did not need to be done to resolve the issue. He says he's not a dishonest contractor but the 3 star average rating and other reviews say otherwise. If home warranty assigns this company to you request them to change contractors! It's really disappointing to rely on the experience of a professional just to be tricked into an unnecessary expense. Do not let these people deceive you go with another provider.
