She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us get a competitive offer in on our dream home the same day we viewed it, even staying up late with us to make sure we got it in as quickly as possible. We appreciated Michelle's honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. And we certainly wouldn't have landed our home without her!

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

Selling and buying a home can be very overwhelming, but having to right Realtor can make all the…read moredifference and that is exactly what I experienced with Erin Wade. It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

Our HOA worked with Arrow Asset Management for over 3 years, and while there were periods of…read moreresponsiveness and greatness, overall service consistency declined over the last year. During that year, I personally referred Arrow to multiple HOA presidents and spent several days handling referral calls on their behalf, which contributed to the company adding a number of new accounts. At the time, I raised concerns that growth without corresponding staffing and oversight could affect service levels. Janeth and Caden served as our primary manager during a period marked by frequent staff turnover and operational gaps. We experienced missed or lightly supported meetings, delayed follow-up on post-meeting action items, and slower responsiveness on time-sensitive issues. As turnover increased, continuity and accountability became ongoing challenges. Several maintenance and financial items took longer than expected to resolve, including common-area repairs and aspects of a loan process that carried meaningful impact for our homeowners. During this period, our account was supported by multiple assistant and full-time managers, which appeared to contribute to the lack of continuity. Based on our experience, associations considering Arrow-particularly those facing major projects or financing, may want to ask detailed questions about staffing stability, oversight, and communication expectations before proceeding. They are the best we have had compared to our last, but our board feels that they may be entering past management habits.

Having my DTV dish removed right before superbowl with no warning & maintenance (was manager at the time) lying about not signing the DTV waiver to install the dish on the property, which they will not install unless written approval & other units had them as well, and being threaten with violence by Johnny's son (maintenance) because I asked him to not touch or remove my clothes from the washer in the shared laundry room, which he lived onsite as well. I can honestly say this is the worst run property I've ever lived at. I only gave 2 stars because I did have & made some wonderful neighbors & a beautiful view. The visual might have been "remodeled" , poorly & cheap to only raise the rents, however the old plumbing was not addressed. I only stayed that long because of personal reasons & happily have left as soon as I could! There were a lot more issues with my stay here. This was my experience.

As a military family coordinating return from deployment overseas, as well as a move across the…read morecountry upon return, we were unable to tour houses in person and yet needed a place to land before starting the next tour in Southern California. Despite this, Robyn Goodkind (virtually) took us through, in immaculate detail, each of the homes that we were interested, as well as proposed lovely options tailored to our family's budget, wants, and needs. Each house she toured with us she set out pros and cons of cost-to-value, location, and any architectural nuances. She was more than open to discussion and feedback given some of the unorthodox interests and pets we have. She helped us pursue some houses that she advised caution against, and when it didn't work out, where "I told you so" would have been apropos, she was ever graceful and helped us to pivot and rebound quickly! Ultimately, the house that she recommended highest was the one we decided upon; however, once the paperwork was signed (remotely), when most folks cut ties and run, she was just getting started. She went through great lengths after closing to ensure that the house was move-in-ready. Now, having unpacked and settled for a short while, we are ready to take on our next chapter, and we owe it, sincerely, to Robyn. Thank you Robyn!! ( o o )
