I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent. Robin was absolutely an amazing professional throughout the whole process of selling a house from start to finish under a very stress situation. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns immediately whenever I called her. She always had a positive attitude. Her presentation in selling a home is amazing on how she provides so much attention to details and high quality services. From staging the house for photographs to open houses and showings, she directed it all and was always personally involved. I am grateful for her professionalism, integrity and patience throughout the entire transaction. She knows her business and truly cares about her clients best interest. I highly recommend Robin and will absolutely use her services again in the future. read more

I have been a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a long time and have worked with so many different types of Real Estate Agents. When Robin interviewed me to be her TC, I was a little nervous. She gave me a rundown of how she operates her business and how she likes things done and what she expects. I'm a "go getter" but I was thinking to myself, when am I going to sleep :) Our personalities clicked right away and off we went. I'm pretty sure that she works 24/7. She is so detail oriented and so focused on her clients and their needs and wants. When she works with buyer, her goal is to find the perfect home and not just let them "settle". When she represents the seller, she goes above and beyond with professional photos, staging and marketing to get top dollar. There isn't anything she wouldn't do or hasn't done for her clients. She is a believer in success and understands it's hard work to get there. I'm very proud to be a part of her team. She gives me the motivation that I need to keep going in this extremely tough business. Thank you Robin for all you've done and all you continue to do!! read more

My wife and I worked with Robin and her husband, James, to purchase our home in Murrieta. Robin is a dynamic sales person with a fantastic knowledge of the housing industry in Murrieta and, I believe, throughout Southern California. She has a great insight to people and was very quick to help us identify the home we purchased. She is serious about her work, and yet, does it in a very personable, caring manner. Robin possesses a calming way about her and the talent to get things done effectively and efficiently. Robin has the gift to be assertive without being aggressive and always has her clients well-being in mind. When it came time to arrange the financing, James stepped in and showed a great deal of financial knowledge that left us amazed and very happy. We highly recommend Exit Alliance, Robin and James, to assist in the purchase or sale of your home. You will soon learn the meaning of professionalism and how it equates to a smooth and happy transaction. Our thanks to Robin and James for working with us to buy our dream home. I would highly recommend Robin for help with buying or selling a house. We recently were in the market to purchase a home. We interviewed 3 agents and we chose Robin. We very happy with our choice! Robin is friendly, direct and very sharp. She definitely knows what she's doing. Not pushy at all. Kept us informed when certain items were due. She is available pretty much 24/7. She kept us upbeat when things became uncertain and assured us things would work out. And they did! Buying a house is very stressful to me but Robin made it seem like no big deal. If I could give her 6 stars I would! read more

We wish we could give Robin 10 stars! Let me briefly share our experience : - 02/17/18: Meet Robin and husband, James, at an open house. No loan pre-approval yet. Lender contact information is given. - 02/19/18: Loan Pre-Approval letter - 03/04/18: Sunday at 8:30 am, I sent a text to Robin about a house that went to the market on 03/02, I said "I would like to see this house any day this week". At 9:00 am, Robin says "I contacted the agent we can see it at 1:30 pm. 7:00 pm, we sent an offer..... fell in love with the house, love at first sight! - 03/05/18: Our offer got accepted! Robin was pretty clever, and aggressive, knew that the house would get good offers, so she only gave 24 hours to accept or deny our offer. - 04/04/2018: We closed escrow! Robin played an important role in our lives during this month, she was very responsive to every question and concern, kept close communication with our lender, and escrow company. My husband and I thought we were not ready to buy a house, here we are now, CA homeowners! You cannot go wrong with her, you will like her, she truly wants the best for her clients, and works incredibly hard to ensure that the outcome is exactly what her client expects. Thanks Robin & James read more

I don't normally leave reviews and tend to be skeptical of people in general but WOW I was impressed with Robin & her husband James. I truly felt they cared and they did go above & beyond all expectations! They were quick to respond with any questions & concerns & explained everything in painstaking detail for my husband & me who were first time home buyers. We ended up with our dream house even with multiple offers and a set budget. After hearing horror stories from friends about real estate issues I feel truly blessed/lucky that we had Robin and her husband!!!!!!!!! read more

What an amazing experience! Having Robin represent us while purchasing our new home was a decision we are thankful that we made. We have high expectations and are quite picky. Robin was extremely professional and patient with us and always made us feel that it wasn't a problem. She went out of her way to give advice and would show us a house that we were interested in on the drop of a dime. She is genuinely warm, kind and truly cares about finding you the home that is right for your family. We were also thankful for all of her referrals especially James who was magnificent in helping us secure a competitive rate for a loan. If you are looking for an agent, look no further......she is fabulous and we will be referring our friends to her in the future. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Robin and her team. She is on top of her game and handling business like a pro. She made sure that within hours of viewing a home we liked that the offer was in the seller's hands and got us the house even with a multiple offer situation. She never missed an appointment, kept us apprised of everything going on behind the scenes so we never felt like we were in the dark. I'd love to say that everything went smoothly - they mostly did - but the few bumps we did hit, showed us just how amazing she is. She was able to handle all of the issues without losing stride and what should have been a huge catastrophe was just a small bump in the road. She was always available to us whenever we had questions or needed things and was very sensitive to our needs and flexible with our schedules. Her customer service was spectacular. She made us feel as if we were the only and most important people during that time. Before closing she made sure that we had all the info we needed about our new neighborhood including nearby restaurants that catered to my kids' special diet as well as the best ER in the area (we have 3 rambunctious boys) and registration info for the schools they would attend in the fall. I have to say - two months after closing she didn't drop the ball and forget we existed like so many agents do. She is still checking to make sure that we love the house and we have everything we need. I kept her card in my desk and we will definitely be giving her a call when it's time to sell. I'd also highly recommend working with her husband James. They are both on top of their game and just working with them as a pair made the whole process so much smoother. read more

Using Robin to represent us in the purchase of our new home was the best decision in our home buying process. Robin found our dream home, got our offer accepted and closed on time. Before contacting Robin, we were working with another agent for over a year. During that year he never called, all contact was via email or text. After losing what we thought was our dream home and feeling extremely defeated we were ready to give up. Our daughter recommended we contact Robin, after reminding us Robin sold their home in 2015 with two full price offers after three days on the market. From our first conversation we knew we hit the jackpot with Robin representing us. She gets the job done! She's always available and professional yet she becomes part of the family. Robin advised us every step of the way. She goes above and beyond for her clients. At times even doing the selling agents job just to keep the transaction moving and smooth. With Robin as your agent you wont only get the best representation available, you will gain a lifetime relationship with the most genuine person on the planet. We wouldn't be in our new home if it wasn't for Robin & James McCann. read more

Robin is the best realtor that my husband and I have ever worked with. We've had other realtors that didn't leave an impression and left us looking for someone new when the time came to buy and sell again. Luckily for us, we found Robin! Now we know that next time we go to buy and sell again we'll have a reliable, trustworthy, talented, realtor to call. Everything from her abilities to stage a house, to her drop-of-a-dime willingness to give advice, nobody would regret making the decision to work with Robin McCann. We are so happy with our decision to hire Robin to sell our home, and could go on and on about how wonderful she is, both personally and professionally. She has a dynamic personality and positive outlook, which helped us keep calm and cool when dealing with our difficult buyers. She believed in us and what we thought our house was worth, and brought us a full price offer day one on the market! She was prepared to fight for us when it came time for the appraisal, and kept our spirits up when we were concerned. For the record, our house appraised and we set the highest comp for our area ;) She hired an amazing photographer who took beautiful pictures of our home and even made a cool virtual tour video, which is a unique service that is not offered by all agents. What I loved most about working with Robin is that she returns text and calls immediately and provides daily updates, which is so gratifying! I also appreciate that she is a straight shooter and won't just tell you what you want to hear to earn your business. Often times, her husband James would accompany her for showings, and what a wonderful team they are! He is a lender and a great resource to have on your side of the transaction, as he will make sure buyers are prequalified and keep close tabs on your buyer and their lender through escrow ;) They're great with kids and dogs, and our whole family loved working with Robin & James! read more

I am a Vice President of a nationwide title insurance company in California for over 30 years. Robin came very highly recommended. Robin sold my in-laws home in the Temecula within 30 days. If you are thinking about selling or need someone to represent you don't hesitate to give Robin a call. We never had the opportunity to meet her in person. She handled everything over the phone and has exceptional follow-up skills. Yelp doesn't have enough stars to really show our appreciation for all her hard work on closing this transaction. Thank you Robin!!!! read more

My wife and I were out looking at new homes and found one that really fit our needs. We didn't have a plan for selling our home or an agent in mind. The wonderful agent for the new home referred us to Robin. We called her and she made an appointment to see us on a Sunday afternoon. She was well prepared with comps and all the information we needed to make or decision. A few days later we decided to list with her and she immediately came over and developed a plan including how to stage our existing furniture and brought some of her own pieces to finish. We asked top dollar for our home and Robin had her work cut out for her. We received a full price offer after a week. Then had to prove to the appraiser that our place was worth asking. Thanks to Robins hard work and knowledge of local real estate we are going to be moving into our dream home. read more

Where do I start... Robin and her husband James made our dream home a reality!! She works around the clock to make sure things finished smooth. She is more interested in the relationship then the sale. Loved her so much helping us find a new home, that now she is helping us sell a home!! Her ability to stage a home in order to get Top Dollar made all the difference !! Thanks Robin and James!! read more

We decided to sell our home and first asked Robin but we did not know how the market would play in our favor. So I asked other realtors including some that would guarantee the sale of our home. Many would say the comps were too low and to sell it higher than that would stay on the market for months. All but her would listen to our requests for the list price. Robin and we agreed to set the asking price and the house sold as listed. I am sure the other realtors are in disbelief. Her hard work and professionalism helped with continued friendship of the new owners as well as allowing time for me to move into the new construction home that I purchased. Her honesty and straight forwardness made decision making easy. read more

Robin is awesome, and an expert in her field. Robin sold our home within 1 week on the market for top dollar. Robin goes above and beyond to provide you an amazing service and make sure that everything goes smoothly. This was our fist house we have sold and she made that process so easy and with no stress. She makes you feel like you are a friend and not just a client. We would highly recommend everyone to use Robin. She kept us informed and we never had to call when we wondered what was going on. A true realty professional and we would not hesitate to contact her again in the future. read more

Robin is by far the best real estate agent I have ever known. Robin led me through the maze of 2 home sales and a purchase in 3 different counties. (Orange, San Diego, Riverside) She has incredible attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. Her design background is an extra perk because she will stage your home so beautifully it will sell quickly! Her ability to determine what I liked and would not consider made the search easier than I could imagine. Patience beyond imagination as you go through the emotional "roller coaster of home sales or purchases". I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was a real pleasure working with Robin! read more

Robin is the BEST! From the moment we met her she was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, she addressed all of our concerns and walked us through the whole process step by step. I don't even know where to begin. Robin has been an incredible real estate agent for our recent selling of our old home and purchasing of our new home. She was always professional, friendly, realistic, eager to help and worked VERY hard for us. She jumped through hoop after hoop when things came up to make sure the entire process went as smoothly and seamless as possible. I was able to contact her at any time, day or night and she was always quick to respond with an answer and a smile. By the end of the transaction and close of our home, Robin became more than just our agent, she became a friend. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone who wants to sell their home quickly and find their dream home and have it be such a pleasant experience amongst all the stress that comes with the whole process.
