Anthony's knowledge of Meadowview is unmatched. He didn't just pull generic comps -- he analyzed lot size, usable acreage, topography, upgrades, well/septic positioning, and how our specific location within the community impacted value. His pricing strategy was extremely strategic and data-driven, and it showed. From pre-list prep to professional marketing to negotiation, everything was handled at a high level. He positioned our property correctly from day one, generated strong interest, and negotiated confidently on our behalf. We felt protected throughout escrow and always informed. What sets Anthony apart is his authority in the Temecula market. He understands Meadowview specifically -- not just Temecula in general -- and that expertise made a measurable difference in our final outcome. If you are considering selling in Meadowview or anywhere in Temecula Wine Country, you want Anthony on your side.

Tom Bashe is the absolute best at what he does in my opinion…read more We bought and sold my first home with Tom and have had several successful real estate transactions since. You cannot substitute the experience and aptitude this gentleman has. His experience has been apparent in every purchase we have done with him. Small things you may not think of that may be important to your purchase in the long term. His knowledge of the process and what should be done and when. (For us he's found other parties process mistakes and corrected them to help close a deal) His attention to detail. His patience. His connections with service providers. The way he communicates. We truly can't be happier and grateful enough for all the guidance and help we have received from him when buying and selling our first home, to helping us get into our dream home. He had a book like binder with our home in it and then all the comps and info I needed to help me make an informed decision on listing price. Other realtors just shoot them out in an email but Tom had made this very professional binder like book for us!!! Right there said a lot!!! Second of all he cared what we wanted to make in our pocket not just selling it and not caring what we got. From that day forward Tom said he would show us offers that came in but he held out caring for my sister and I first, and made sure that what he sold it for would make what we wanted DOWN to the final dollar in our pocket. That's honesty right there. I was blown away! He was always free to talk to and text with. He answered in minutes. I never had to wait for him. Everything he told us was honest!!!!! He never changed anything up or twisted information it was honest down to the last document. Nothing he ever said was different from what was promised. Our transaction was smooth he did all docs online and if we wanted to we could come in to the office too! I would HIGHLY recommend Tom as a realtor if u want an HONEST realtor down to the penny!!!! I was stressed Mom just died, Tom was compassionate with us and made this STRESS free selling moms home. I haven't had a business dealing like this in years. Tom you are to be commended. Thank you for all you did for us. Thank you is not enough, Sharon Ellis

Do not use this agent, Rachele Lacey on your purchase or to sell your home & I would advise not…read moreusing this company either! They are 1000% shady! Totally a used car sales type of real estate company! They are liars & scammers to the max! Rachele Lacey is super unprofessional! She hides information from the buyers & sellers and trys to manipulate the situation by saying she can't eat, her cupboards are bare and had to cancel her son's birthday cause she needed this house to sell so bad! My house! The house I've lived in for 15 years! Not to mention she let me take a week off work, sell all our furniture, fill two dumpsters of clutter because we were downsizing and then failed to mention our buyer had fallen out of escrow due to not being able to obtain financing through FHA! I had to find out this information from the selling agents escrow company (Phoenix escrow group) because my agent Rachele Lacey didn't think it was important information to share with me even though I was the client! She was just continuing to push through the transaction hoping I wouldn't ask any questions because she was desperate for a commission check! She under valued my home and never showed me the appraisal on my property, however, the property that we were buying and had to cancel, recently put that house back on the market & they increased their price based on what the house appraised for, I find that ironic! All these agents are in cahoots together it's sickening how they gouge you, into paying top commission for services that aren't worth a dime of time! I would highly recommend doing your research on finding the right agent and DO NOT use Zillow agents because they're worthless, rude, condescending, and unprofessional! Learn from my mistake because I wish someone would have warned me! #lessonlearned It sucks having to start over in the same house from scratch! Horrible experience from start to finish!

This review is for Chase Lytle at First Team Real Estate. I was the buyer to a home that was listed…read moreby him. For almost a month we knew when the home would close escrow and I made my plans accordingly to make it as smooth as possible, especially for me who works 40+ hours. I had ordered a POD a week before close date to load up and have it delivered. Well, a week before closing I was hit with I wouldn't be able to move in because the sellers would still be in the home. Lytle tried to say his sellers had 5 days to stay in the property but there was no paperwork. His reason was that his sellers were old and their moving truck wasn't scheduled until 3 days after closing. Then we said we would get legal involved and his answer was that by the time legal gets involved his sellers would be out of the house. Mind you I have already scheduled days off work, my wife had already scheduled days off work to move and we have a 7 year old that had to be taken out of one school district to another. Then I decided I'm fine we will give the 3 days if we can drop our POD, since it was already scheduled to be delivered to the new address. The sellers agreed to that. We sent out the form agreeing to the 3 day extension and a prorate of how much it would cost us for those three days. They never signed the form and the night before the POD was to be delivered, they said it cannot go in the driveway. Something they had agreed to verbally. So because there was no way to stop the delivery they had to store the POD at their facility. That brought me to the fact that once escrow closed, the sellers had no right to the property. Despite the fact the sellers had their property in the house and possession of the house keys still, brought me to the only recourse that I was going to park my vehicles on the driveway. That was because the only signed contract was that they had until 5pm on the day of the close of escrow to be in the home. Thankfully it never got to that point and my POD was able to get delivered and I received the prorate of my mortgage for 3days, along with the fee I was charged to store the POD at their facility. That don't excuse the fact that he was willing to break a contract because he messed up by not securing extra days his seller could be in the home. Had that been in the front end I could have planned accordingly. That was something I did upon the sale of my house and something that is easily worked around.
