This store makes me want to say, "No wayyyyy.....way!" and "Excellent!" and "Nothing was bogus" -…read moreaccording to Bill and Ted (it's making my son cringe in the background). Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.

Do I surf? No. Did I want to visit this place again on my most recent trip to Florida? YES…read more I visited here for the first time way back in 2012. I loved this store then and I still love it! I've wanted to make it to some of the other Ron Jon shops since then but haven't been near one. I don't know the best way to describe it. It's like a superstore for beachwear, keychains, hats, sunglasses, shirts, surfboards, art, trinkets, shoes, and a bunch of other random things. It's so much fun to walk around this place and see what you can find. I still have a souvenir magnet from my first visit. This time I found a shirt I had to have! Anytime I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop in here. If you're in the Cocoa Beach area, this is definitely a must-visit!

Since I had some solo time, I took myself shopping because we needed another suitcase and I somehow managed to find the most perfect one. Bealls was totally new to me since we do not have them back home, so I was excited to check it out. It gave me Ross meets Home Goods energy, just slightly more expensive. I did a quick glance through the clothing section, but between the mannequins and styling nothing really felt like my vibe, so I skipped ahead to the other departments. The shoe section had some cute options, but even the clearance prices were a bit higher than I wanted to spend. Then I hit the suitcase section and immediately saw the one. Pink and black leopard print. Extra? Absolutely. Subtle? Not even a little. Did it have my name written all over it? Yes. I hesitated because it felt a little flimsy and it was about 80 dollars. I pulled up reviews and saw others mention the same thing, but most said it held up just fine. Walking away from it felt harder than it should have, so I bought it. Then there was the pink and white flamingo beach bag. I loved it. Thirty dollars though, so I talked myself out of it. For about 24 hours. I could not stop thinking about that bag and ended up going back the next day to get it. Best decision ever. I used it every single day for the rest of the trip and I already know it will get plenty of use this summer. I did not interact much with staff besides checkout, but the cashier was friendly, asked about their rewards program, and made small talk about where I was visiting from. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. If we had a Bealls back home, I would definitely pop in to browse again.

The staff was professional and friendly and they had some good deals and some more, shall we say, appropriately priced items. They had FloGrown merchandise and also a nice selection of items for men, women and children. Overall, this is a great stop.

When I bought them, they were grey lenses that turned dark and had a blue mirror coating on them. They have gradually turned yellow. I came in to show them to the store on Sunday and was told I had to come back on Wednesday when the manager, Dustin, was in, since they were purchased at a store in CT. They told me only the store manager could make decisions about glasses purchased at another location. I went back in today to show him the lenses, which he acknowledged he could clearly see were now yellow. He told me he needed to take pictures and send them to his regional manager, and that he do not have the authority to make decisions about glasses from another location. He also told me that "we use Transitions lenses here," so it's not like we put in some cheap stuff." So, what, it's my fault? Then, he told me, "also, it's been more than a year..." No! That's the point, they are less than a year old...by a long shot. I bought them in March of 2025. Then, it became, "well, you don't have the protection plan." I spent $1200 on glasses at LensCrafters precisely so that I would not have to worry if I had a problem with them -- a national chain, where one would reasonably expect their $600 lenses to be stood behind by the company from which they purchased them. Then, I was insulted with the following line he called to sell me an hour later: "I have learned from speaking with my regional manager and from research I did that the yellow tint is by design!" What...?! Dustin tried to sell me the bullshit line, "Transitions lenses have a yellow-brown hue by design. It's supposed to be there." NO! Then why wasn't it there when I first got them? Why is one pair much more yellow than the other? Why did I buy gray lenses? In short, the store manager is full of crap and a liar, and LensCrafters are thieves who do not stand behind the products they sell. Moral of the story: do not pay a premium to LensCrafters for service -- much less nationwide service -- as they do not stand behind their products. Moreover, they blame defective materials on their customers and play them for fools. Buyer Beware: steer clear!

Liz brought exceptional customer service to us by providing a great glasses & frames adjustment and cleaning. She noted that frames had to be warmed and the lens should be removed to prevent damage. After adjusting our frames Liz did a through clean around the edges of both frames and lens while explaining the importance of this. She also answered all our questions about the new RayBan Meta frames on display. It was a fantastic LensCrafters experience thanks to Liz! I love LensCrafters as a decades long customer.
