My son went in today because…read morehe's been having excruciating pain because he has an exposed nerve on one of his back molars and all they did was take x-rays and put flouride in his mouth and that took an hour. After that they tell him that the specialist won't be back for 2 weeks and even though they said they accept Medi-Cal, they told him he would have to pay $495 out-of-pocket for a scan of his teeth. When the appointment was made 2 days ago, they were told exactly what was happening and what tooth it is why couldn't they state then, that the specialist isn't in, so they wouldn't be able to help instead of giving him false hope and wasting our time. Very disappointed!! Take down the Emergency Dental Service sign!

My husband and I are originally from Santa Clarita and we've making the drive and flights (when living out-state- to see her and dentists) for almost 30 years. We had asked multiple friends for referrals and thank goodness we picked Dr. Slaughter and Adept Dental based on friends feedback. We know the stress that many of us carry when going to the dentist.
