My Girlfriend and I came here for the first time yesterday. The staff was very helpful in trying to help us find an item that we bought online and wanted to check out in the store. Turns out they have so much inventory that with this sold online they did not have in the store. So that was a little bit of a letdown. Overall the stores large and I have a lot of selection. It is very clean and very neat. It is well organized into several sections. This is a newer location so we will be coming back. Overall we were pleased with our experience. It's like a younger anthropology.

This is my very first Yelp review, and extremely well deserved. I found Vestique's Instagram and…read morehave been following them now for a few months but hadn't gone through with a purchase. They recently released a super cute collection of spring/summer clothes that sold out within hours and living in Dallas, I wasnt able to stop in the store. They had a top I wanted SO bad, but it sold out as well, so I left my email to notify me if one became available online. Here I am... Monday morning at work after a long weekend and I receive an email from a store associate telling me they had one top left in the store and that they would ship it to me for FREE! I asked if I could call to give my payment info on my lunch hour and she said they would hold it, no problem. To me, this is customer service at it's finest and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you, Brooke for reaching out to me! SO excited to wear my new top this weekend at one of my best girl friend's birthday/wine tour extravaganza!

They refused to refund me for a service that was not complete and then never mentioned refunds are only store credit. highly recommend not shopping here. I Wasn't aware of the store credit and was surprised and the girl at the desk snapped at me for not knowing. if you're in retail and lack customer service skills you shouldn't be in retail.

The lady next to me who was putting socks away didn't speak. Just looking at every item that I touched. I can guarantee you I make more money than them in one day. I have mixed emotions about this place. I walk past it EVERY day on the way to work and I eyeball…read morethe items in the windows. If it's cute...I make a mental note....if I gasp...I'll walk in and usually will not purchase because they won't have my size. grr. I have to get a dress in a size large in everything so it won't look like a micro mini on my long legs. And Larges tend to fly off the shelves. Lets face it....I'm not 20 anymore and I shouldn't be in a micro anything. I'm all woman..hear me roar. I think this location is a little bit "hipper" than the other location that is in the South Park area next to WS. That location has some of the same pieces but I've been in there and the items would def appeal to the older crowd (40's) and then made mid 20s. Today..... Uptown location made me proud. I had my eye on a Chevron Black and White LONG maxi skirt that was at another boutique in dilworth. I called them and they sold out in about a week. *tears* of sadness. Oh WAIT...I thought to myself...I think Ivy & Leo had the same skirt....I'll check on Monday. Walked in today with a coworker and I couldn't find it on the rack. *tears of sadness* I browse the sale rack as I morn in silence. My coworker said "is this it". A light from heaven shown down with all it's glory as she held up my beloved chevron black and white maxi skirt. "YES" and I snatched it. Thank the good Lord it was a large. I would have probably bought it anyway if it were a small and squeezed my thick'um thighs in it. (Don't judge...you know you've done that before). Here's where I get irritated. I'm happy and I asked the sales girl to hold it for me as I need to go back and get my wallet. I could have sworn she rolled her eyes in her head and I politely said that I would be back...no need to worry. She just grabbed it and said "Name?" wow....someone's got the Monday blues. So I went back and the OTHER nicer girl helped me. Anyway..that's my story. Check it out. It's a trendy little place and dangerous for me as it's on my way to work....blah. I have a shopping problem.

It was probably not the best idea to go here on Memorial Day, but I did…read more I was gifted a Greg Norman golf shirt that I needed to exchange. I was already in the area so what the heck. The weather was sketchy so I didn't think it would be too crowded but that was a bad call. The parking spaces are WAY too small! Larger SUV's taking two spaces & you can't blame them. I got to the store & made the exchange & got out of there PDQ!

Review for Charlotte Premium Outlets…read more After relocating to Charlotte from the San Francisco Bay Area, I've kept my same philosophy about shopping: retail prices are optional if you're willing to do a little homework. I'm always looking for quality and value without paying unnecessary markups, and this outlet center has been a very reliable place to find both. I needed professional clothing, shoes, and luggage for work, so I made the drive out here--and I found everything I needed in one trip. One of my best purchases was a beautiful piece of luggage from Travelpro at a great price. Many of the stores also offer additional discounts if you sign up for their rewards programs, which can make the savings even better. Stores I frequent most: * Banana Republic * J.Crew * Ann Taylor * LOFT * Saks Off 5th * Old Navy (very large location with great basics) * Le Creuset -- always fun to browse, even if just window shopping If you have the time to look carefully and shop strategically, you can really find high-quality items here at excellent prices. My personal shopping strategy: * I avoid weekends whenever possible * I park near the Saks entrance, especially along the back row where it's easier to remember where you parked * I shop during off-hours for a calmer, more efficient experience Parking overall is plentiful, and the layout is easy to navigate once you learn your preferred entry point. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. In my experience, the staff across stores have been knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The overall vibe feels practical and approachable--people are there to shop, not to show off. There are also plenty of restaurants and fast-casual options nearby, so it can easily become a full outing. If you're planning a larger shopping trip, using store hold or will-call services can be a smart way to keep your purchases secure while you continue browsing. As someone who pays attention to value and cost of living, I've found shopping in North Carolina--and the Southeast in general--to be refreshingly affordable compared to the West Coast. That difference alone makes places like this especially worthwhile. Bottom line: Easy parking, strong value, and a wide selection of reliable brands. If you shop strategically and avoid peak times, this outlet center can be a very productive and enjoyable place to find quality items at fair prices.

Not to be confused with the Creepycentre, which is only open on Halloween…read more It's pretty Epic at the Epic-centre. I love coming here, and do so every single time I'm in Charlotte on a weekend night, which is often lately. Very appropriately named because this really is the epicenter of Charlotte. It's lively and fun and modern and futuristic and pretty amazing. The whole multi-level palace is filled with hot people and scandalously dressed people, especially on warm nights. I made some nice friends around here (of both genders, for a change). It is the heartbeat of downtown Charlotte and a very non-traditional party area. Sort of like a party area of the future. If a mall had an older, drinking crowd and was outdoors and full of clubwear then this would be it. For this reason we love walking around here, even though parking is extremely difficult here on Friday and Saturday nights, so be careful. We've actually parked illegally and gotten away with it on several occasions, but I wouldn't recommend that to others. Lots of cops around here so don't do anything stupid. The design means that if somebody crazy decided to commit suicide, or if there was a fist fight, then it would be very easy from the higher levels to plunge down a long, long way, and there's a lot of people wandering in the courtyard below, so that worries me a tiny bit, and what about the very very drunk people leaning against the railings with a 100 foot drop down onto concrete asphalt right below them. It does worry me slightly but it's still an absolutely wonderful place.
