I was out and about yesterday up in the valley running some errands. I stopped by the outlet store off the I-10 on my way back to AZC to exchange my purchase. As soon as I got to the counter, everyone was so nice and asked if I needed help. I said PLEASE. Buying bras is such a disaster for me, I hate them with a passion. Destiny got me sized correctly for the band and then I was able to try on a few in the style I wanted until we found just the right cup size. Being a well endowed woman, this is something I have NEVER done before. I have been wearing the pullover style ever since they were invented. I am extremely self concious of, and embarrassed by my chest size, it is always in my way and nothing ever fits right. Once we found THE ONE, I was so relieved. It was awesome that Destiny was so patient with me and so understanding of my frustration. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was completly satisfied before I walked out of the store. Her Customer Service was 100% spot on and I was sure to tell her how much I appreciated all of her help.

You can get the same sale that you can get in any store for most of the items, they do have a clearance section in the back. The staff were awesome but I was looking to go bargain shopping and that wasn't really the case. Very misleading with their location

When I returned, they presented my offer and told me they were only able to accept a few things, as most of my items were out of season or just not what they were looking for. I accepted my cash offer and took the clothes back that they didn't want. I looked around (briefly) and noticed that they did have a wide range of size options and everything seemed organized. I didn't check the prices, but usually they are priced fairly for the condition of the item. Fitting rooms are available too.

I stopped in with my kids a while back and we found some shoes my daughter wanted after shopping around. Clothing quality looked great and prices were reasonable as well. Unfortunately, we waited at least 5 minutes as I thought the employee might have been in the restroom or in the back and no one came. The store and the seller lost out on a sale as we had to leave. Hopefully next time we're in the area we have a better experience.

You rent a booth $35 for the whole week (set up is Saturday morning, take down Friday night). They provide everything you need to start selling. You get to decide what to bring and how much you want to sell it for. They take a portion of the sales but it's so much better than going to places like buffalo exchange for consignment. The workers are very helpful if you have any questions. As for the selection, you can find anything from home decor to women's clothing to kids clothing. Happy hunting! My stuff will be at #43. Three stars strictly for the product itself. This is the closest location to me, so I shop here…read morefairly often. Unfortunately, every time I visit, the employees seem to be in a bad mood. There's rarely a greeting when you walk in, and even though there are several employees working, it's hard to find anyone to help. Most of the time they're huddled together talking instead of assisting customers. No one was available near the fitting rooms while I was trying things on, and I even overheard an employee complaining that they needed to get rid of a rack because "everyone just thinks it's a go-back rack." It came across like they were irritated with customers. I spent about 40 minutes in the store and not a single employee spoke to me. When I finally checked out, the cashier was very short with me, handed me my receipt, and didn't even say "have a good day." The employees here just seem really unhappy, which is disappointing because the product itself is great. The overall experience feels more like shopping at somewhere like Forever 21, which is the level of service you might expect there -- not at a place like Aerie.
