They even went above and beyond to work with my existing antiquated utilities. The mess left behind was no worse than that of other tradesmen I have hired (dust, greasy fingerprints, bootprints, etc). One of the men took one of my kitchen towels and used it as a rag without asking. It was then left balled up on the floor. I didn't even bother calling to complain about this, but in retrospect...* * * * This may have been a tactic to draw my attention away from the shelf where my personal belongings were stolen from.* * * * If you hire this company, get the full names of ALL of the workers who will be in your home. Google them before letting them in. If your gut tells you not to let them in, do not let them in. Do not take your eyes off them for a second. Do not allow one worker to distract you while the other(s) are unattended. If possible, place cameras, even around items of no/low value, kids' toys, knick-knacks, etc, even if they are too high up to reach normally. If you do not have video cameras, take before pictures of any room they have access to. Do not allow them to remove trash/debris from your home. Insist that they leave any garbage bags behind and check them thoroughly before throwing them away yourself. Take inventory of your belongings immediately. Record and photograph anything odd, even if it isn't something you would usually bother complaining about. If anything has gone missing, NO MATTER HOW LOW IN VALUE, file a police report. Many of them gave us solutions that ranged from Tub Replacement to entire Bathroom remodels. Jason came to speak with me and listen to our issue and worked with us on finding an economical solution for us to fix the issue we were having. Jason simply gave us what we were asking for and did not try and upsell us on more than we needed. Adam was the plumber that came in and did the job superbly. He was professional, efficient and thorough. We thought we had a major unplanned investment with tub replacement and thought the job would take several days. Until Jason spoke with us and explained he can fix this in 1 day for us. We now have the leak fixed, new fixtures and our bathroom back on a 1 day job. The technician was shown where the problem was in the attic but didn't have the equipment with him to test it. He returned the following week, tested the faulty union, and went to get the parts necessary. We asked how much it was going to cost and he gave us an estimate before heading out for parts. He came back and within ten minutes left again for parts. The third trip for parts was finally adequate and it took him less than half an hour to make the repair. He then told us we owed over $200 more than the quote!! I called and questioned the owner who promised to put thru a $95 credit. When the credit card bill arrived, there was no credit. We called again and were told they didn't know what happened to it since it was mailed three weeks prior. (The owner was "too busy" to take the call). Two days later we got a check for $90. The envelope was postmarked the day of our last call. Our recommendation is that you look for heating or ac service from a reputable company that is efficient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest.
