I told him no but he kept pushing. He also smelled of smoke really bad. As I watched him smoke a cigarette outside before coming to door. This to me is unprofessional. I never had this issue with the other tech who came to my house for the last four years. Also, when I called to complain to office was talked to very rudely. This company has gone downhill in the last year with their service. Please do not call them for anything unless you want to be talked down too and treated like your nothing. I ask for the owner to call me but that never happen. Heard from a few of my friends that have also used them in past that the owner is not a good person and always blames the custom for the issues even if it was his techs or himself that caused the issues.

Who cares who did work on it before? Come out and do your own diagnostics on it before you repair it. This was an emergency because we didn't have heat, and he only cared about red flags!? Just come out and fix it. Very difficult to work with. He would ask me a question, then cut me off when I tried to answer.

After 3 hours and 18 minutes, he apologized that he could not fix it the way it should be fixed. I just spoke to the owner, Sam Paros, to find out what happens next. I was surprised he did not offer to come out and see the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We talked about investing in a new air/heating system, he mentioned some people make a mistake by buying a bigger unit and it really isn't necessary. I trust this company and will continue. Turned out to be an easy fix this time but JEFF figured it out quickly and did some trouble shooting for the future. Recommended installation of a new AC capacitor and explained benefits and cost. JEFF provided estimates and costs were very reasonable compared to other local providers. Customer service rep, DORENE, made scheduling easy and got me in before my pets and I melted from the heat - lol! She was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend KOBELLA for HVAC, plumbing and all services they provide!! Great experience!! I won't use anyone else! KOBELLA rocks!

I was also impressed with his measuring of the closet wall needing cutting open to expose everything. His carefulness in measuring allowed the wallboard piece to be repositioned so it hardly looks like it was ever moved. Anyway, hat's off to Homer and Kobella for making everything like new!
