They even went above and beyond to work with my existing antiquated utilities. The mess left behind was no worse than that of other tradesmen I have hired (dust, greasy fingerprints, bootprints, etc). One of the men took one of my kitchen towels and used it as a rag without asking. It was then left balled up on the floor. I didn't even bother calling to complain about this, but in retrospect...* * * * This may have been a tactic to draw my attention away from the shelf where my personal belongings were stolen from.* * * * If you hire this company, get the full names of ALL of the workers who will be in your home. Google them before letting them in. If your gut tells you not to let them in, do not let them in. Do not take your eyes off them for a second. Do not allow one worker to distract you while the other(s) are unattended. If possible, place cameras, even around items of no/low value, kids' toys, knick-knacks, etc, even if they are too high up to reach normally. If you do not have video cameras, take before pictures of any room they have access to. Do not allow them to remove trash/debris from your home. Insist that they leave any garbage bags behind and check them thoroughly before throwing them away yourself. Take inventory of your belongings immediately. He said the AC had no Freon, and the furnace's interior was very rusty. He got me in touch with the tech who writes up the estimates. He came by, told me about my options and warranties, and maintenance plans. I paid him half the cost of everything by credit card. The installers were out on Saturday, two days later! I didn't get a call that they were on their way, but I knew they would be here between 8-9 a.m. 7:55 they pulled in, and I was waiting. The guys went right to work. They had a lot of new equipment, and removed the old stuff. We had an AC unit and new furnace with thermostat installed. The guys were very neat and quiet, and cleaned up the basement and the driveway. Everything went well. I totally recommend Auburn H-VAC.

Raymond did a faulty job installing my water heater. We had a solder joint pop several gallons of…read morewater a minute was pouring all over our basement. Fortunately it was making so much noise and I happened to be home that not too much damage was cause. However I was concerned about a fire hazard as the gas burner was still going as the water left in the tank and it was starting to boil off and was sending steam all over the place. I called Raymond for immediate help as I needed to figure how to shut everything off When I called, rather than helping I was told someone would come in 4 or 5 hours. Even when I explained I needed immediate help to shut everything down and turn off the valves Raymond could not help and told me to call someone else. Fortunately I was able to find another Plummer who walked me through shutdown and I was able to save my basement from flooding. Later I called back to see if Raymond would come out and look at their faulty work and repair. Raymond said they would not come out. We had someone else fix up their mistakes. In the end we came out okay but it could have be a disaster and it is clear thar Raymond has no interest in standing behind their work. We had used them for all or heating, cooling and plumbing for over 10 years but never again. Beware of these guys and use someone else! Here are photos of their poor work!

A new box was installed and electrical adjusted safely. I'm so thankful for him recognizing it and both men did a great job cleaning out and servicing the unit!
