We called DeAngelis as we were unaware of the power problems and they were amazing sending out very professional and courteous techs to investigate. They said they would 'stay' until we figure this out even though, as I said, the issue actually was power/grid related. The front office staff (Angela) responded immediately and was beyond cordial. The owner (Chris) also called to try to help fix an issue which turned out to be nothing to do with the unit after all. But what a mess for 3 days..... we were all stumped. This is the type of company you want to do business with. They stick with you and want nothing more than to fix the issue. And they never even charged us for two visits. I can't say enough about them and their customer service - an art that is lost on so many contractors these days! Use them. You won't regret it.

My house is two years old and I am having issues with my AC unit, not for the first time, not the second, but the third time. First time they claimed my AC unit was bad so they replaced it, great! Issue wasn't fixed and came to find out the AC unit wasn't hooked up properly by a 220 line. Issue was fixed, and went a year without any issues. This year I go to turn my AC on and it sounds like someone is beating the crap out of it. Of course because we just hit our 2 year mark on the house nothing is covered but the parts, which sounds great in theory but not when I have to fork out over $300 in service and labor fees to fix the issue that I shouldn't have a damn issue with for a very very long time. No one is willing to work with us. They claim the part should be in within a few days and it now has been over a week waiting for AC to get fixed and the fixed date just keeps getting pushed to a further date. I have a 7 month old and a 3 year old having to sleep in a freaking sauna. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
